Nestled in a lush, palm-fringed setting on the lake, this stunning holiday home offers everything you need for a peaceful, beachside escape with family or friends. Just steps from a private beach and saltwater lake, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat comfortably hosts up to seven guests and is designed for relaxation and fun.
Spacious Comfort and Convenience With three beautifully appointed bedrooms, this home provides plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The first two bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, equipped with a single bed and a bunk bed set. Each room has thoughtful touches to keep you comfortable, including ceiling fans in the queen rooms and a pedestal fan in the bunk room. The two bathrooms and extra toilet offer added convenience, ensuring everyone has ample space to refresh after a day on the water.
Modern Amenities and Entertainment Inside, the open-plan living area is equipped with a big-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth stereo with a CD player, and a collection of books and board games, making it easy to enjoy family evenings or quiet moments. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Prepare meals with ease or enjoy a barbecue outside with the provided gas grill.
Ultimate Beachside Experience Step outside, and the real magic begins. You’ll have direct access to a private beach and a saltwater lake, perfect for kayaking, canoeing, or simply lounging under the sun. Kayaks, canoes, and life vests are provided, so you can paddle along the calm waterway and take in the peaceful surroundings. Tall palm trees create a tropical hideaway vibe, offering a true escape from everyday life.

Bed Configuration (Sleeps 7 - 6 Adults and 1 Child):
Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: Single Bed and Single/Single Bunk Bed* (Sleeps 3, *top bunk not suitable for adults)
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.
100% Pet-Friendly
The property is fully fenced with 1.5m tall tube fencing. It is 100% pet-friendly and features a great grassed area with entertaining space for warm summer nights where your pooch family member can frolic and play.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $48 for 1 night.
Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200
Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
This property is not available for Schoolies booking.
Please note that this property doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.
