Whole day in Kos was rubbish from getting a taxi to the hotel taking over 1 hour just to wave one down and the hotel wanting to charge us $65 euro for a 2km lift.
The hotel didn’t have a bellboy I had to carry my luggage and my pregnant wife luggage up 2 sets of stairs.
The aircon in the room barely works we were both sweating all night and could not sleep due to heat will never come back here again.

Not an All inclusive resort, the food is horrible, cold, close the cantine 45 minutes before closing. There are no drinks included in All inclusive, you must pay if you want something other than wine or beer. Even the speciality restaurant the wine is not included, you have to pay. The only good thing is the pool and room except it was infested with ants. Do not stay here your better getting a hotel with a real breakfast and eat in restaurants in Kos. The staff at the reception is nice. This should be classified as 0* and not all inclusive.

Fantastic hotel, clean, modern and the staff could not do more for you.
Food is fabulous and the drinks package on all inclusive is really good.
I’ve been a few times before and will definitely be back.

The property itself is nice but for the price charged it needs some improvements: cleaning service making less noise in the morning and clean rooms (and glass surfaces) more thoroughly, rooms could need a bit of a designer touch and pool could be opened also after 6 PM since it’s crowded the majority of the day.

This hotel in Kos is a stunning one. I would say it's fairly new as the whole place, inside and out, is immaculate. Room was big and spacious with a lounge area, with TV, and good size balcony. Excellent aircon system in both the lounge and bedroom. Very helpful and polite staff. Food was good, maybe not fully to my taste but plenty to choose from.
If there would be one criticism, which the hotel cant help, is our room was to the front of the hotel. Straight across is a large house with chickens and roosters, and the roosters would start their early morning calls very loudly from 5AM! Also, I think from the same house, some barking dogs through out the night. Again, this is something the hotel cant help, and the place itself, I have nothing negative to say. But it wasn't good having your sleep disrupted numerous times a night by either the barking dogs or come dawn, the roosters!

The hotel is immaculate, the staff are very very helpful, the rooms are very clean with regular towel and bedding changes, the pool area is very clean with lots of sun lounges of good quality available. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of foods available. The Italian restaurant in the same location as breakfast is worth a visit with excellent food and service provided. I found the meals at the neighboring sister hotel to be ok but served in a canteen kind of setting and not the same experience as dining out for a meal and enjoying the experience. We only ate there once during our full week stay. The snacks served at the windmill are adequate and after a good breakfast and will get you through the day. Consider going all inclusive instead of B and B as you will save financially throughout the week especially if you have children. If you are a couple with no children then just be aware this is a family hotel and during our stay there was a lot of children of different ages who did take over the pool area during parts of the day and were very noisy. If you have a late flight home it is worth while paying an extra €30 to keep your room later as the hotel only has an outdoor pool shower to shower off and no place to get ready and dry hair etc.
