Brighton as well as the Continental Ferry Port to France are located.
Premier Marina and Hasler Marina are located nearby.

A small desk by the window offers an ideal workspace for remote workers. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four, ideal for sharing meals with friends or family. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, gas hob, and washer dryer, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.
Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits, offering a luxurious king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
There is paid parking off the premises. You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, Aldi supermarket, is a 2 minute-walk away.

Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
