This home offers stylishly decorated and comfortable living spaces for traveling professionals & vacationers. We offer our standard of comfortable beds, hotel quality linens, ultra high speed internet, secure garage parking and dedicated desk space in a conveniently located part of Aubrey, a North Dallas suburb.
This newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our cozy house features TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, dedicated office table for remote work, a foosball table, plenty of windows and a beautiful fenced in backyard for your dog and kids. Stretch out and relax in our backyard.
- Primary bedroom has a luxury KING sized bed, TV w/private ensuite full bath and walk-in closet
- Secondary room has a QUEEN sized bed and a TV
- Third bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed and a TV
Bathrooms

- Secure parking for two cars with a remote control. Additional parking for two cars in the driveway
Large Yard
- Generously sized yard is perfect for pets to roam around! We provide poop bags to help keep the yard free of dung
Guests have access to the entire home including the backyard & secure garage parking. There's plenty of parking for four cars (two inside garage and two outside on drive way).
Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.
Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard.
Communication During Your Stay: For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the airbnb platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities and then contact us.
All guests will fill out a renter's agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation.
Guests have access to the entire home including the backyard & secure garage parking. There's enough parking for four cars (two inside garage and two outside on drive way), and additional parking in the community designated shared parking space across the house.
All guests will go through a verification portal with a lease agreement.
