This spacious retreat comfortably accommodates 16 guests in 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom on the upper level features a king-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The upper floor also includes 3 additional bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and two with queen-size beds.

The lower level accommodates another 8 guests, featuring a queen bed and two sets of full-sized bunk beds. Each room is equipped with a closet for convenient storage of your belongings.

This home has 2 full bathrooms, each stocked with all the essentials for your stay.

The master bedroom on the upper floor features an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower area. Additionally, a full bathroom is located just down the hallway, easily accessible to guests on the same level. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and more, ensuring you have everything you need for a worry-free stay.

IMPORTANT: The owner lives in a separate basement apartment attached to the home. The units have separate access and no shared areas. The owner is often not at home and only uses the unit when in town. The owner has a white pickup parked on the side of the driveway for use when in town. Guests have full access to the home, except for the locked supply closet upstairs, the two locked closets on the landing between floors, and the separate basement apartment.

CAMERA: Please note that an external camera is located outside the listing. This camera is used solely for security purposes.


Parking:
One parking space is available in the garage, and additional parking is available in the driveway or on the street in front of the home.


Other Details to Note:
We want your stay to be as worry-free as possible, which is why we've included the Safely Protection Policy to cover any accidental damage caused by guests during your visit. This means you can relax and enjoy your time here without any concerns.

With the Safely Protection Policy, you're covered for up to $5,000 for any damage to the property or its contents, as long as it's reported to us before you check out. This coverage is automatically included in your rental rate, so there's no need to worry about additional costs.

Please keep in mind that any damage not reported before checking out may result in charges to you as the guest. Additionally, if there's a deductible, minimum claim amount, or repair costs exceeding the coverage limits, you'll be responsible for those expenses. Don't worry though, we'll handle the payment process using the form of payment on file for you.
