Nearly everything in the home is brand new, from the mattresses and bedding to the linens, dishes and utensils, so you can feel right at ease. If you're new to grilling or a seasoned pro with the Big Green egg, we've got you covered. We've provided everything you'll need for a great cookout, including starter cubes, charcoal, and easy-to-follow, step by step instructions. Please do not use charcoal briquettes or lighter fluid in the BGE.
In the living room cabinet, you'll find a selection of board games and poker chips, perfect for a family friendly competition. For a bit of nostalgia, we've also stocked vintage versions of Scrabble, Tic-Tac-Toe, and Connect Four in the designated office space. Whether you're settling in for a movie night or catching a big game, the large sectional and Sonos surround sound system will set the perfect atmosphere. On chilly evenings, relax by the wood-burning fireplace, or if you're in the mood for some fresh air, step outside and gather around the firepit for a cozy outdoor experience.
We are conveniently located steps away from Hidden Harbor Marina and only 10 minutes from Smithville. You can enjoy a meal or karaoke at Twisted Oak Saloon, sip on craft beer at The Burlap Room Beer Garden, or pick up any forgotten essentials at Dollar General - all just 4 miles away.
We offer ample parking for our guests, including space for boat trailers. For those interested in getting out on the water, single day slip rentals are available at Hidden Harbor Marina, along with boat rentals. They are and will also offer offers to the boat owners who wantyyyy
