A charming Mediterranean villa in Calahonda, Mijas-Costa, perfectly located between Marbella and Fuengirola. This 4-bedroom property features a private pool, lush garden, modern interiors, and spacious outdoor dining areas. With proximity to beaches, golf, and local amenities, it's ideal for families or groups seeking a luxurious yet convenient getaway.

This charming, spacious, and bright accommodation is spread over two floors. Upon entering the villa on the ground floor, you are welcomed by an open hallway and a 'Mediterranean-style' landing, tastefully decorated, which flows into the lounge. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet connection. Continuing through the lounge, you’ll find access to the covered terraces, furnished with seating and an outdoor dining area. From this terrace, you can also access the garden and the pool. The lounge leads to a separate, elegantly furnished dining room that features an open-concept connection to the large, modern, and well-equipped kitchen.

This floor also includes three of the four bedrooms. One room is furnished with two double beds. Another features a large, comfortable double bed with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom, also on the ground floor, has another double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. A modern and stylish guest toilet is also located on this floor.

A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the Master Suite. This suite is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a modern, elegant en-suite bathroom. The suite also provides access to the second rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the surroundings, the garden, and the pool.

To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your time at Villa Buganvilla. Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the property. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. We kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbours. Our aim is to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights with our two adult daughters and it was as described on Vrbo. Checking in was nice and easy and the layout of the villa was spot on. Plenty of room to relax and the outside area was also very nice. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful villa, clean and modern. We had a great stay as a family of 4 (children aged 6 and 3) and grandparents. Lovely resort, near beach and restaurants, although we did have a car for getting around. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our holiday in the beautiful house. There is everything in the house that you need and everything is incredibly well maintained and very clean everywhere. The garden with the lovely pool is the most beautiful place - many lounge environments with shade and the lovely pool where there is sun all day. The house is within walking distance to a large supermarket and restaurants. We would very much like to return on another holiday with our children and grandchildren. We give the house our best recommendations.

This is 5+ star accommodation. A truly beautiful home with every facility you could possibly require for a completely relaxing holiday which truly had. Interior is beautifully furnished and spacious and the outside area is just perfect. Kian was on hand at short notice when needed. 15 mins walk to beach and the magnificent boardwalk which we spent 90 mins on every morning although walking back up the hill was a little tiring at times. There’s a small local strip with various restaurants. Picollo pizza restaurant was excellent and only 5 mins away for takeaway too. Slow boat Chinese restaurant was average tbh though. Villa location is between Marbella and Malaga so had a few lovely trips to them also. Would highly recommend a trip to Ronda which about an hour and despite the arduous drive up and over mountain range it was completely worth it. Stunning. In Calahonda you also have Lidl and Supermarcado as well as a few local smaller shops. Although this defo at the upper end of the rental market price wise we can thouroughly recommend it. Fantastic holiday home suitable for the whole family. Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished with everything needed for a self catering stay. Amazing pool with enough lounge furniture to cater for all. Located near enough to shops and restaurants, car was needed to visit further afield if wished although there was a bus stop near the property. Great location within the region with interesting places such as the Old Town and Mijas not far away. Would highly recommend!

The agent was in touch in the days leading up to our visit and was at the property to welcome us. The villa was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were a range of restaurants within walking distance. There were also a couple of small supermarkets to get essentials very close by and larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Our two teenagers loved the villa and were able to keep themselves entertained. It was a great base for us to visit Malaga, Mimas, Gibraltar, Morocco and Granada. If you stay there I would advise trying to get a car with a powerful engine that isn’t too large. Some roads are pretty steep and narrow. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

The Villa was everything we wanted and more. It is obviously somebody’s lovely home and as a result everything you need is there to a very high quality. Kian the Host was great, very thorough on arrival and available when we needed any information. We highly recommend this beautiful Villa and Kian and thank the owners and Kian for a wonderful holiday.

We had a fantastic family holiday in this villa, villa is equipped with everything you need, restaurants, beach & grocery shopping is walking distance which is ideal. Kian was just a message away with any questions we might have and was we Will definitely like to repeat in the future

We had a wonderful 2-week stay. The house is perfect for a family. We were a family of 4. Located in a fantastic area with everything you need and very calm and quiet. Amazing backyard with a great pool. So relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need, kitchen utensils, large amount of plates and glasses. lots of areas to chose from to sit outside relax, outdoor dining for 10, porch, indoor dining for 8, living room / TV for 8. All rooms with Air Conditioning. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths. great bathrooms / showers. LOTS of daylight. The roof deck is a treat!. Stargazing at night. The garage is great but small, so our rent a car did not fit inside, but we could park it just outside the garage door. Area feels vary safe with security. Kian was an amazing Host. Super helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Wish we could be there still!!. Will be back!

Beautiful villa, spotlessly clean, well maintained gardens and pool area. Very modern furnishings. Contemporary shower rooms with excellent shower facilities. Very spacious upstairs sun terrace with views to the sea. Perfectly situated between Marbella and La Cala - you can walk to the beach (quite a steep walk back) in 15 mins. Mini market, bars, restaurants and ATM only a short walk away - larger supermarkets a few minutes drive away. One of the few villas we've stayed in where you really don't need to hire a car. Kian the villa manager was very easy to deal with, always prompt to reply to any queries before we went and very helpful whilst we were there. Would definitely stay here again.
