About this villa rental
Magnificent contemporary villa, of high standing, located 7' walk from the beach of Canyelles Petites.
It has a rocky sky, ideally exposed to the south-west, without any visibility, it offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Roses, its outdoor swimming pool and its terraces overlooking the most enchanting sea.
There is a large garden of 1,500 m2 that extends to the Parc de Creus where you can flow freely between vineyards and coves.
The owner offers training for up to 11 people.
Accommodation
The villa, with a surface area of 180 m2, consists of 4 bedrooms and a separate studio.
- 1 family room with 1 double bedroom and a single bedroom, and a bedroom with a double bedroom, located on the upper floor, and part of a sunny terrace with sea view and a bathroom with WC.
- 2 bedrooms on the lower floor, one of them double with two single beds and a third triple with 3 single beds and a second bedroom which is part of a bathroom.
-In April 2022 a studio will be available next to the pool with double glazed and illuminated bathroom with full sea view, shower and small washbasin.
The large 60 m2 living room with open plan kitchen and bar area opens onto 3 large windows, with full access to the terraces and the open pool, and you can enjoy the barbecue and pool room whilst admiring the captivating Mediterranean .
All bedrooms/study and living room are air-conditioned (6 units).
Access for travellers
The villa is located at the top of Diego de Velazquez street, you can park freely on the pavement in front of the villa or rent your car in the private lounge and open onto a large manual porch.
You can walk down to the beach in 10' less (one more foot to go up) via a public staircase located in front of number 33 of Diego de Velázquez street.
You will discover the shops, the Suma supermarket open from April to September, numerous bars and restaurants, including the Beach club, very popular with teenagers, or the Pirata at the 5* Hotel Vistabella and its legendary champagne party.
Other highlights
The house is recommended for children under 3 years, the pool and complex are not alarmed and the garden is quite steep.
Tail and towels are included in the price for 11 people.
