A stunning double-sided fireplace is a warm gathering spot and a picturesque divider between the living and kitchen areas. Savor freshly popped popcorn while nestled in the plush furniture of the living area for a family movie night on the 65” TV or sing along to the Sonos soundbar while preparing home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen on high-end Dacor appliances. The 4-stool breakfast bar is great for grabbing a quick bite, while the 10-person dining table offers plenty of room for sit-down dinners. On bluebird days, host a barbeque feast on the expansive 40-foot deck with the convenient natural gas grill and alfresco dining table.
