About this house rental
This enchanting house and bunk house in Spruce Head offers 3 cozy bedrooms in total, including 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 1 twin bed. 1 of the queen beds and the twin bed are both located out in the bunk house that is nestled in behind the main house. With WiFi and a washing machine and dryer available, guests can enjoy a wonderful stay in this lovely home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. We are located on a very quiet dirt road with a lot of privacy. We are within about 15 minutes from the heart of Rockland, the grocery stores, Walmart, etc.
There is a T.V. in the house but it's located upstairs in the open area between the 2 bedrooms.
The main bathroom in on the first floor which is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs bathroom is a sink and toilet.
This house has the perfect lawn to play lawn games on. With a gorgeous view, this water is also tidal. You can swim at high tide if you wish, and at low tide it is clam flats. This home provides such a newly constructed, warm feel. There is a large picnic table outside to enjoy the gorgeous Maine weather and a small contained fire pit. The wood stove is not to be used inside the home.
The bunk house does have electric but not running water.
