This is a "Ammon Schrocks" custom home located in Laurel Woodlands Community, a rare opportunity. This stunning, Split-floor plan, offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a screened-in lanai with an inground salt water pool.
After entering through the double doors and archway, you will instantly feel at home with the marble fireplace and luxurious details throughout the home including skylights to keep it bright.
The oversized Primary Owners suite features a custom walk-in closet, a beautiful ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a built-in bench in the large walk-in double shower, and a private entrance to the lanai. The kids' room offers a 4 person bunk bed with two single beds and a double bed. The second bedroom offers a large wall to wall closet and a beautiful queen sized bed and the 2nd bathroom is conveniently located between both of these rooms for quick and easy access. Overlooking the beautiful patio and pool area is your work desk. If you need to work while away you can still enjoy the view and keep an eye on those outside.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer and a washtub for your convenience.
Just off of the large kitchen area we have a pantry with shelving for your storage needs with a lock in case you need to limit access.
In the living room you can enjoy an electric reclining sofa and a swivel chair. There is an cushioned bench in the Master that you can use for additional seating.
Our home is perfectly located less than 2 miles from the beautiful Nokomis Beach & the new Sarasota Memorial Hospital, as well as a half mile from the famous Legacy Trail and minutes from the #1 Beach in America, Siesta Key. Enjoy EXCELLENT choices of waterfront restaurants, water activities and more. Enjoy the weekly drum circle at Nokomis beach on Wednesday evenings where you can enjoy music and dance till sunset.
