Step inside to an open living and kitchen area designed for easy living. The cozy living room features comfortable seating and a smart TV, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen includes island seating for 6, making meal preparation a breeze and offering an inviting space for casual dining. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo for added convenience.

An enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water makes rinsing off after a day at the beach a breeze. The house is equipped with lawn games including cornhole boards and KanJam to keep the whole group entertained. If the weather is not cooperating there are puzzles and board games available inside!

The owners provide 6 beach chairs and a convenient parking pass for 1 car at the private Carleton Shores beach lot, located just 2/10 of a mile from the home. If you prefer to walk, a beach wagon is also provided for easy beach access.

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 nightly fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
