It is approximately 2370 sq. ft. Entering Blue Crush upstairs, you'll have a beautiful chef's kitchen, a large dining table with 10 chairs, and 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked for prepping, cooking, and serving 10-14 people. The owner has stocked it with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and many other prepping and cooking conveniences. A large pantry is open for guest use to stock all of those beach snacks! A regular coffee maker and a K-cup coffee maker are available for guest use. Also on this floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living area, a bunk room, and a king bedroom. The living area offers a large flat-screen TV, with a doorway/view to the balcony overlooking the ship channel view and those amazing sunset views. The bunk room has 4 full-size beds in full over full built-in bunk style, a flat-screen TV with a gaming system, a large walk-in closet, and doors/views that lead to the balcony, again to catch those stunning views! The younger guests will LOVE this room and will never want to leave! The king bedroom offers a flat-screen TV and a large walk-in closet. The bunk room, living room, and this king room, all share one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there is a full-size washer & dryer for guest use. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - 2 pets are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
