About this house rental
The chalet is laid out over two floors and comfortably sleeps 10. A wonderful 70m2 open plan living and dining area with double sided roaring log fire is located at the south facing side of the property. Its elevated position affords breathtaking views from the extensive glass sliding doors and balcony. A separate TV snug is located off the main living area and the well equipped open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area where the dining table comfortably seats 10.
The four bedrooms are split onto two separate floors. Bedroom One is on the same floor as the living space, and is a double with super king bed. the next 3 bedrooms are on the top floor in the eaves of the chalet. Bedroom two is large bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, super king bed, plenty of storage, and large ensuite with stand alone bath and walk in shower. there is space in this bathroom to add a single bed if required. Bedroom Three mirrors Bedroom Two with space of a single bed if required. These two bedrooms each have a balcony which will offer spectacular views over Les Gets, perfect for watching the snow fall, picking out which slope to try out each day, and watching the fireworks over Christmas, New Year and school holiday weeks. The final bedroom, bedroom Four is a king size bed which can be split into two single beds if required. This bedroom is ensuite with separate bath and shower.
The property has a heated ski and boot room, private outdoor spa and the property has external parking for four vehicles plus an EV charge point. 50 meters in front of the chalet is the free ski bus stop which runs daily every 30 minutes from 8am. The bus takes around 5-10 minutes to get into Les Gets. During heavy snow conditions it is possible to ski off piste back to the chalet from the Mont Chéry chair lift. This should only be attempted by competent skiers and is snow dependant. As a gentle reminder, we kindly ask that parties are not permitted at this property. Please be aware that the chalet is equipped with a noise monitoring system. Any disturbances that affect our neighbours may result in a penalty. End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking, and you have the option to request additional cleaning and laundry services during your stay for an extra fee. We provide all linen, including sheets, pillowcases, bed covers, towels, and bath mats, as part of your stay. Ferme Des Cornuts comes with four designated parking spaces; any extra vehicles must be parked off the premises. Please note that all vehicles parked on our property do so at the owner's risk. Ferme Des Cornuts shares the driveway with our other property, Chalet Abeille, so it is essential to keep the main entrance clear at all times. Your comfort and satisfaction are our utmost priorities. We invite you to treat our chalet as your home away from home, ensuring a tranquil and enjoyable experience for all.
