The fifth bedroom, located on the first floor, offers a king-size bed and a smart TV, with a bathroom conveniently located next door.
This home is designed with ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The two spacious living areas allow for both together-time and personal space, with one featuring a 70" smart TV for movie nights. With a total of 4 smart TVs throughout the home, you'll have plenty of options for entertainment, including access to your favorite streaming services.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a wine fridge to store your favorite bottles. For your safety and ours, we have installed security cameras and noise monitor system in our home. They will be active at all times. The noise monitor system only tracks the noise levels, not the actual sounds or conversations.

4. The patio dining table in the backyard

We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:
- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)
- Load the dishwasher and start it
- Empty the trash & recycle
- Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked
- Please scan QR code by front door/laundry room door to notify our cleaners of your departure
