Gorgeous house and view, and easy 5 min drive to Mashpee Commons. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, and visiting local restaurants (Estia and The Raw Bar both fabulous). The kitchen was great for cooking in and is nicely supplied. The bedrooms both have views and were good sized, but be prepared for *firm* mattresses and pillows. A topper with some cushioning would have been much appreciated. That being said, there was no communication from the host/mgmt. At all. We never rec'd check in info/access code and I had to call for it once we arrived on site. We had also inquired about an early check in and got no response other than "we've passed it onto the local team" .The bathrooms had NO hand soap; one had an empty container and the other...nothing. We also emailed the mgmt company about this issue, and again were told it was passed on locally and did not hear back from anyone. The informational binder at the house did not provide any details on what was expected prior to departing, nor did we receive any instructions by email. We cleaned the house and took the trash out, but it's sure helpful to know all of that beforehand. All in all it was fine, but the communication could be improved.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the house, grounds and location. The house was spotless the grounds were well manicured the beach was clean as a whistle and very private and perfect for our water loving family.
The house is set on a short road with quick access to everything we wanted to enjoy.
We will definitely include this house in our future vacation plans.

The house was perfect. Stayed for 3 nights with a friend and our daughters. The house has a beautiful waterfront setting with 4 Adirondack chairs overlooking the water, just perfect for the 4 of us. Quiet neighborhood.
