🅿️ The property is next to a free on-street parking zone (France 3 parking). 🛍️ This family-friendly neighborhood offers many nearby shops. 🙏 This accommodation is compatible with Shabbat practices.

🏡 The entire property will be yours. To ensure you have a comfortable stay: 🧹 Cleaning will be done, 🛏️ Beds will be made with clean sheets, 🧼 Clean towels will be provided, as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel, 📶 Free WiFi connection.

Built to showcase Prussian power in Strasbourg, the Neustadt is distinguished by its grand squares, wide tree-lined boulevards, and a beautiful blend of monumental architecture with a keen sense of landscape. It is now listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This fascinating post-Haussmannian neighborhood features architectural extravagances, joyfully blending Italian Neo-Renaissance, Neo-Gothic, and Art Nouveau styles. After the destruction of World War II, it remains one of the last testimonies of late 19th-century German architecture.

🚭 Smoking or using any smoking device will incur an additional 250€ cleaning fee.

🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, a general cleaning of the apartment, and sanitizing the bathrooms.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator and freezer, and clean the dishwasher, oven, and microwave. If you prefer not to handle this, you can order an additional "full cleaning" service for 30 euros before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked and the instructions are not followed, a 60€ cleaning fee will be charged.

📝 A digital contract and your ID will be requested after booking via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the booking, we reserve the right to refuse access to the property.
