About this house rental
Welcome to your private retreat, ideally located for exploring Death Valley! This charming two-bedroom, one-bath home, set on 10 acres with very few neighbors, offers expansive outdoor areas perfect for dining and relaxing. Nestled in a remote location and adjacent to hundreds of acres of public land, you'll be surrounded by breathtaking mountain views during the day and enjoy spectacular stargazing at night. The property is a short walk from the Funeral Mountains, with the closest peak approximately 3.5 miles away, making it an ideal spot for hiking enthusiasts.
Fully remodeled in 2024, the home features modern amenities and luxurious finishes throughout. We take A/C seriously with three brand new A/C units to keep you cool on the hottest days. The master bedroom boasts a King bed and an oversized smart TV, while the second bedroom, located in the finished basement, offers a cozy Queen bed. The basement also features a Golden Tee arcade game for your entertainment, along with a retro Atari gaming console and smart TV.
The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes new cabinets and stainless steel appliances, RO filtered water and an ice maker, a large fridge and stove, and dishes along with a flat top or electric skillet. For coffee lovers, there's a Keurig coffee maker with a Coffee Bar offering a variety of coffees, creamers, sweeteners, honey sticks, and teas. You'll also find a toaster, baking dishes, non-stick pots and pans, and utensils galore, as well as a variety of spices. The kitchen table provides seating for four, and there's a double sink with a pull-down spray faucet.
While this property feels like it's at the end of the earth, we still have wifi so you can enjoy Netflix on any of the three smart TVs. Outside, enjoy the spacious patio, plenty of seating, fire pit(firewood included), and a flat top BBQ. Additionally, there's a horseshoe pit and cornhole setup in the backyard.
Nearby attractions include Death Valley National Park, Big Dunes Sand Dunes, Ash Meadows Wildlife Preserve, the Amargosa Opera House, Rhyolite ghost town, hot springs in Tecopa, CA, Beatty, Pahrump, and China Date Ranch. For dining, try the Stateline Saloon, El Valle Mexican Restaurant, or Longstreet Casino. Martel Market is close by for any last-minute items.
After a day of adventure, return to this tranquil haven and unwind in comfort. Experience the perfect blend of seclusion and modern convenience in this beautiful getaway, featuring luxurious tile, marble, and granite finishes throughout.
