Escape to tranquility at our family-friendly retreat in Placid Waters Estate, Mandurah. This spacious 4-bedroom home offers estuary views, a saltwater pool, and an alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen—perfect for making family memories. Kids will love the nearby playgrounds, birdwatching trails, and fishing spots, while parents can relax in the resort-style master suite or by the pool.

We are happy to help in any way but prefer to keep most of our messaging on platform as we are often not able to answer the phone if driving or in meetings. If you do need to call, please text as this is the quickest way to get a response. In case of emergency please call 000.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features 4 luxurious bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and spa ensuite, while the other three bedroom boast a king bed in two rooms and a queen bed in the remaining ensuring everyone enjoys a restful stay.

With breathtaking estuary views, a sparkling saltwater pool, and an outdoor alfresco area complete with a built-in Beefeater BBQ, this property is perfect for creating lifelong family memories. Parents can relax poolside under the gazebo while kids explore the large, private yard or nearby nature trails.

By Bus: Transperth operates several bus routes serving Coodanup, including Route 597, which connects Coodanup to Mandurah Station, and Routes 600 and 605, which serve Pinjarra Road

NOTE:
- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- As a rule we only take families.
- We are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 7am

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"

- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info We are approved by Airbnb to do so.

- - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.

- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Beginning 12 November 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation

Maintenance:
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.

All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.

On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimize inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner.

Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.

In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.

We want to make sure that everyone who stays with us is safe and protected. That's why we strongly suggest that all of our guests have travel insurance. This will help cover the cost of any unexpected changes to your travel plans, like if you need to cancel your stay with us. Our cancellation policy is strict but if you have travel insurance, it can help you get a refund if you need to cancel. If you don't have travel insurance yet, we recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your options.

The house has surveillance cameras overlooking the garage and front door to keep guests and their cars safe. There is also a noise monitoring device in the living area.
