Our condo is an end unit with only one neighbor to the side and no one above or below in a very quiet complex with friendly neighbors. It's the perfect home base from which to visit Southern California.

This condo is not just a rental property, it is our second home and is exceptionally well-stocked with small appliances in the kitchen (blenders, mixer, etc.), spices, and other supplies. The day bed in the guest room can be made into a short king and there is both twin and king bedding.

In addition to Spectrum cable provided by our HOA, we also have YouTube TV and Britbox.

We have a car in the garage, but there is ample unassigned parking immediately outside the condo. There is sports equipment in the garage for basketball, tennis and pickleball. There is room in the garage to park bicycles should you wish to bring yours. The building is gated and has an elevator.
