It’s a new apartment in the historical centre of Modica (Sicily), with a shared garden and a small terrace overlooking the dome of the Cathedral of San Giorgio. It has a welcoming and refined interior and is ideal for a family or two couples.
Outside the accommodation
The accommodation has a furnished terrace with a view of the dome of the Cathedral of San Giorgio.
The garden is shared with the neighbouring accommodation and can be accessed via a staircase and a characteristic stone passage.
Inside the accommodation
The apartment is furnished in an original and refined antique style, with white stone walls, a wooden ceiling and pitchstone floors and decorated tiles.
The living area is a single space with a dining table and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and electric oven.
On the mezzanine floor there is a relaxation area with a sofa and TV; in the living room there is a window on the ceiling that allows you to admire the dome of the Cathedral of San Giorgio.
Bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is made up of two rooms: a double bedroom with internal bathroom with shower; a twin bedroom with access to a panoramic balcony overlooking the garden below and the city in front.
The apartment is equipped with: wifi connection, air conditioning in every room and laundry room with washing machine.

It is located in Modica Alta, a stone’s throw from the majestic Cathedral of San Giorgio, in the historic center of the city, 1 km from Corso Umberto, the noble palaces, shops and restaurants.
The neighborhood in which the apartment is located offers a beautiful view of the city and is very characteristic with its huts, narrow streets and stairways.
Modica is a perfect starting point for visiting the baroque UNESCO heritage cities of the Val di Noto: a short distance away, in fact, are Scicli (10 km), Ragusa Ibla (13 km), Ispica (18 km) and Noto (37 km).
The beautiful golden sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri extend 23 km away, and the Comiso “Pio La Torre” airport is 42 km away.
