As you enter, you're immediately greeted by a private pool to your left, a spacious outdoor grill and kitchen area, and a cozy fireplace that adds a touch of charm. Twinkle lights set the mood for relaxing after long beach days.

Once you step through the door, you’re welcomed to the ground level, where a relaxing living room with a TV, kitchenette, and laundry room are featured. It’s the perfect space for in-laws or an extra family to unwind and enjoy their stay. This floor also features a serene queen bedroom with its own en suite full bathroom—ideal for a week-long retreat. With extra seating, a smart TV, and plenty of storage, this space ensures everyone feels right at home. Additionally, there is a King room as well with an en suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and double vanity.

Head upstairs and be wowed by the stunning open living space that awaits! The spacious living room features a cozy fireplace, a large sectional, and a dining area perfect for gathering. Step out onto the roomy deck for a breath of fresh air and stunning views.
The chef’s kitchen is a true highlight, equipped with a gas range, a sleek chef’s island, and a wet bar complete with an ice maker and wine fridge—everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece. Vacation mode runs on coffee in this home with both a Keurig and a classic drip coffee maker in the coffee bar. When it’s time to dine, gather around the large table with seating for 6, or pull up a seat at the kitchen island, which has space for 4 more.

This cozy retreat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, a comfy living room with a pull-out sofa, and a queen bedroom, sleeping 4. It's the perfect little escape, offering both privacy and easy access to the main home and all its fantastic amenities!
