Galère

Réservation faite depuis 6 mois, l’hôtel nous communique qu’il faudra payer à l’arrivée et finalement, le soir de notre arrivée l’hôtel nous annule notre réservation pour un motif douteux. 1h de galère à la réception pour nous proposer une autre chambre sans balcon et pour un tarif plus cher que la précédente. C’était une réservation pour une nuit de noces, pour un des soit disant meilleurs hôtels d’Alger, le manque de professionnalisme est sidérant.

Le faite de ne pas annoncer qu'il y avait une caution de 10000 da ,à l arrivée, sans que ça figure sur booking.com Payement par carte CIB ne fonctionne pas Chargeur de portable oublié dans la chambre lors du CHECK out ,non trouvé après réclamation

Definitely would not stay there if there was another hotel on the seafront.

Terrible service. Below average food. Waiters misunderstanding orders. Old facilities. Reception Phone never answers when calling from outside. Super slow check in. Poor spa menu. Bad service at spa reception. Shop stocked w old newspapers and magazines. The 5 main hotel restaurants closed...

I was in Algiers for work, and during the winter so it wasn’t very pleasant.

I suppose the property would have been nice during the summer, because of access to the sea. the staff were very nice

Next to the beach resort hotel

The room was big and very comfortable. Plenty of bottled water in my room. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Right next to the beach and easy access to the beach.

Water from the faucet was yellow ish. The screen in a bathroom was too shor so that every time I took a shower it made a mess on a floor.

The hotel itself and its resort

Room service. We slept with no pillows and no towels in the bathroom. The complementary bottles of water were half full. Despite our complains there was no actions. Our luggage didn't follow us to the room and we had to get it ourself.

some personal are great working hard to make your stay enjoyable, the rest are a waste of money to this establishment.

easy access to the beach, clean rooms.

elevator takes forever just for a 8 floor building. parking spots are hard to find, they should allow some space for the tenants, I’ve spent 20 min or more looking for a parking spot. Some employees are great, the rest are garbage with double standards in their behavior depending on whom they’re dealing with. Staff need more training, during the checking no one was able to tell me exactly what was included in my pack, like happy hour etc. when i called and asked again they said you only have access to the breakfast, turns out i had access to breakfast, tea time, happy hour and drinks all day!!! Staff need to be more professional, got a phone call at 3am asking me to bring down a proof of marriage ( this document was provided on my first checkout) which is absolutely absurd. 3 nights i requested water at 1-2 am, never got it. ended up drinking tap water ( not healthy at all it comes from tanks)
