Good accommodation in quiet location at the heart of Red Hill

Good location and comfortable room. Great view over the vineyards. Quiet and peaceful but only minutes from cafes and wineries.

No one on site and phone provided was only answered during business hours. A courtesy call on arrival to make sure everything was fine would have been appreciated.

We did not stay . We left the property after 15 minutes due to the reasons given below

This was a booking I made in the mistaken assumption that the following amenities would be available - a cellar door , a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. However on checking in , we found that the property was empty except for us and that no facilities nor staff were available within the property during week days. The room was spartan at best with the bathroom contents very poor and no had facilities except a small sandwich toaster and a mini fridge for guests to make use of. Despite numerous attempts ,the Wi-Fi did not connect !! Numerous calls to the number provided by Epicurean were not answered and remain unanswered to date. There were two vouchers for AUD60 in total left on the bed. However the local epicurean Restaurant in Red Hill was shut by 3 PM !

Everything ! See above . A complete waste of AUD500 !!

wonderful and relaxing

attend room to detail, gorgeous views and beautiful surrounds. lovely spacious room with great facilities. easy check I and check out

bed was very hard. it was the only thing about the place that wasn’t great. we highly recommend this accomodation, but bring a mattress topper if you suffer from a bad back.

Comfortable and peaceful

Lovely and quiet, contactless check in and check out. Lovely surprise breakfast left outside the door! Big room and comfortable.

The breakfast was a nice surprise when we opened the door to leave for our tour, but then we didn't get to enjoy it! It would have been nice if they knocked to let us know it was there! Also on the day of checkout the breakfast was there only just before time of check out so we could not enjoy it. Everything else was lovely

Premium price for budget offering

There was no breakfast. The view of the vineyard form the balcony was attractive and the bed and pillows were comfortable . Good to have a coffee machine and toaster and fresh milk.

Budget shower with no mixer tap. No plug for basin for wet shave. No bath towels available on arrival ( I had to go back to ‘Chris’ at next door property would let me in to room 3 to borrow theirs. Not at all easy to access premises; I was told I was in Pinot Noir room but not that it was room 4 . Chris had to show me where key safes were and how to open. Premium price charged for a quiet day in that nothing open or operating on Tuesday or Wednesday. Some previous ‘customer’ appears to have walked off with a print or painting as one wall just had a picture hook on it!

Seems they don't read special requests on booking forms The towels were small no face washers single ply toilet paper No notification about breakfast when left in hall uncovered at 9.30 when check out at 10 restaurant overpriced

Romantic private getaway in a lovely location.

Manton's Creek Winery is so private, the room is very comfy and a nice size. the heating was good.

Stunning view.

I love the location and the view.

There's no one at the reception however I have been instructed on what to do so everything is easy and smooth. I have requested rooms to be closed to each other. I have given 2 & 3 but distance wise, rooms 1&2 or 3&4 should be ideal.

Lovely little winery with stunning food at the restaurant

The outlook from our balcony over the winery was lovely and the lunch we had at the restaurant was excellent.

Breakfast was pasties in room, it would have been lovely if the restaurant opened for breaky.

Amazing!

This place is fantastic, Kate the manager could not do enough to help including a bottle of wine and a cheese platter in our room for our late arrival and packing up our breakfast to go on checkout. It’s a beautiful place and how nice to walk down the stairs for a lovely dinner. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

The peace, the view and the amazing staff made this get away brilliant, a perfect, home base.

Plenty of space in a beautiful setting, balcony over the vines was brilliant

Only thing I can think is a little more light on the walkway from the car park in the evenings.

Pleasant

Nice view over vineyard..

Very strange set up. Toaster and fridge in wardrobe. Kettle in bathroom... no rubbish bin... Expensive probably because of covid..

Pleasant stay amongst the vines

Room has a lovely outlook over the vineyard and has everything you need for a short stay. Was pleasantly surprised that we got breakfast, which was a croissant and cronut.

Can be a little noisy during the day when the restaurant is open
