It was good! 😊

Location great, unit size fair, they should include an English Channel on their TV.

They should include an English Channel on their TB or have a smart TV so that we can access other favourites on holiday.

Deteriorated and no water

The location is good, close to metro. There are many restaurants in the area & also some supermarkets.

We stayed there 15 days. The first 10, we had to shower with dripping water. While brushing my teeth, the water simply stopped once. The same happened a few times in the shower. So, we had to wait for minutes for the water to come back wondering how we would take the soap off if it does not. Though we announced the owner, nothing improved. We got some explanations that the water pressure is low because of the high floor (was only 5th though), that the fault is with the city of Paris, that it’s weekend/public holiday. She even suggested that we leave (though our stay was pre-paid and booked half a year in advance). Only after many complaints, we were offered to move to a lower floor appartment, where after 10 days we could finally have a normal shower. The apartments are in quite a bad shape. Things are falling apart. There are chips falling off the chairs, the coffee tables were scratched. The plates have chipped edges and all silverware seems collected from garage sales. Difficult to find 2 of a kind. The water glasses were so scratched that they were not transparent anymore.The floor is scratched. The bed! The bed is annoyingly small!!! 1m40!!!Quite impossible to accomodate 2 adults. If you go to Paris to sleep in separate beds, then you are lucky: there is a sofa! The noise that comes from the street is so loud, even on the 5th floor. It’s impossible to sleep with an open window. The apartments are not fully equipped. There is a small induction stove, but I am not sure you can cook on it as there is no hood so the smoke would fill the room if not even activate the smoke detector. There is no oven, only a microwave. There is not a window or a vent in the bathroom, so all the smells come to the room.

Comfortable, Clean and Centrally Located Family Apartment!

The apartment is exactly as shown on the photos - very practical with a small kitchen, a washing machine/dryer, and a sofa bed. It is was very clean and the use of door codes simplified check-in and check-out (as well as access throughout our stay). The location is very central - right across from Porte Maillot Train Station and Metro Station. The Palais de Congres is right next door and has a supermarket as well as a couple of cafes that come in handy if you need to get a quick coffee or a snack before you go out. Our host Michealla was super responsive and helpful with all our requests - I felt comfortable and secure knowing she was handling our stay.

The price was a little steep compared to other alternatives in the neighborhood.

كل شي ماعجبني السرير وصخ الغساله فيها عفن ماقدرنا نغسل فيها حسافه الصوره مو مبينه فيها عفن اخضر الغساله والارض تمشي عليها اطلع اصوات البيبي تقعد لما نمشي بالمكان الشامبو والشاور جل من السوبر ماركت مو مال فنادق وفوق هذا مفتوح الي قبلك مستخدمهم مو جديد وبعيد للمشي للاماكن السياحيه

Favoloso e consigliatissimo per tutto

Tutto favoloso, dotazione dell appartamento, metratura, pulizia, confort, posizione rispetto alla metro e ai servizi. Inoltre la cortesia nel rispondere ad eventuali esigenze extra quali ad esempio il deposito temporaneo dei bagagli post check out

Perfect location, incredible places to eat and shop close by!

Amazing location!! Plus everything you’d need in a compact, perfect space. The washer and dryer were super helpful, and the AC was, too. Incredible bakeries and French restaurants just a few blocks away. Comfortable and fun for our family of 5!

Exceptional

This apartment welcomed us with souvenirs of Eiffel and this was for us a very pleasant impression. The host, Michaela was very kind and helpful to us. The apartment is well illustrated in booking.com, even better in real life. Very light and quiet rooms. Easy access to public transport. A rich choice of eating and drinking options in a close distance. Many grocery options nearby. Very good system of check-in, with PIN code. Large elevators make it comfy to move with luggage. Room features smart TV with Youtube which is very rare option. Kitchen was very rich of belongings, dishes etc.

Although we didn't need it, it would be better to create a possibility to store luggage for whom it is needed.

Wonderful hosts, great location, clean and comfortable flat - the perfect base for Paris getaway!

First of all the hosts were exceptional. From pre-arrival communication and throughout the visit. The flat is nice, main bedroom's bed is very comfortable, everything is clean and well made, kitchen is well stoked with clean and nice looking service and cutlery, along with quiet and efficient appliances. When we arrived we were welcomed with some sweets and little tour Eiffel gifts and a sweet note, a really nice touch!

The only thing that could be better is the cloths drier which even at small quantities is struggling to dry cloths. Perhaps some collapsible cloth hangers could help

Fabulous apartment ideally situated in the heart of Paris

Our trip to Paris was incredible and Résidence Palais Étoile was a key factor in why. The location is ideal. There is a Metro station within a 3-minute walk and grabbing a taxi requires just a walk down the street to Avenue des Ternes or Avenue de la Grande Armee, either just a few minutes away, or just stroll out to the front of Le Meridien hotel just around the corner. Tons of restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries, fruit shops etc. all within a short stroll. If you want to eat or drink at the apartment, there are also small markets (a Carrefour, for example) close by. The apartment is in a lovely building and has clearly been modernized. Ours was immaculately clean and enjoyed all the amenities of modern life, such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, TVs, and excellent Wi-Fi. My wife and I have three teenagers who all enjoy watching videos. All 5 of us were able to be online with no issues or slowdowns. We were in Paris during the summer of 2022 heat wave (daily highs 30 to 35 degrees Celsius, or 85 to 95 Fahrenheit) so the well-functioning air conditioning was crucial. On the day we left, we asked if we could store bags for a few hours, since our train did not depart until the evening. We were happily accommodated and were able to collect our bags easily later that afternoon. The apartment also came stocked with a few basics, so that our first day/evening was low stress. They supplied several bottles of water, dish soap, paper towels, and other basics so that we didn't need to run out to a grocery store immediately after our arrival. As noted earlier, my family consists of two adults and 3 teenagers. At hotels were generally need 2 rooms, which gets costly, and it stinks to have to be separated. Being able to rent a fully furnished apartment in the heart of Paris was really perfect. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Paris.

We had zero complaints. However, I can mention a couple things to be aware of: 1. The kitchen in our apartment had just a small table with a couple of chairs. Great for breakfast, but if you wanted to do a sit-down dinner at the apartment some evening with more than two people, for example, it wouldn't be ideal. Other apartments may be furnished differently, though. 2. There is a major construction project going on within the Place de la Porte Maillot. We didn't notice any noise from inside the apartment, happily. Not sure if it's related to the construction, but the metro station "Gare de Neuilly" for the Porte Maillot stop right next to the apartments is closed (temporarily), but there is another access to the Metro about 30 seconds further along the Avenue de la Grande Armee.

Great apartment with an ideal location.

This place is perfect!!! Location, location, location! Well maintained and super clean with all of the extras. Great space on the metro line with air conditioning and a washer/dryer!!!
