Ich werde nicht mehr in dem Hotel übernachten und lieber für ein paar Euro mehr ein besseres Hotel n

Die Lage am Kudamm ist gut, der Frühstücksraum mit einer tollen Aussicht im obersten Stock und ein relativ freundliches Personal.

Der Aufzug war teilweise defekt (6. Stock), das Badehandtuch hatte gelb-braune Flecken... das war ekelig als ich es nahm und nass aus der Dusche kam und in dem Moment nicht in der Lage ein anderes zu holen. Das Hotel berechnete frecherweise noch 20 Euro pro Tag extra, da ich bei 3 Übernachtungen das Zimmer nicht wechseln wollte. Und der Empfangsmitarbeiter meinte bei Anreise, es wäre nicht möglich mit dem Frühstück zu switchen, da ich bei der 2. Buchung (1 Tag extra) einen Tag ohne Frühstück gebucht hatte... ;-( Mein Balkon / Aussicht war soweit gut, aber es könnten Anwohner aus 2 benachbarten Zimmern problemlos in mein Zimmer schauen/gehen, da der Balkon nicht angetrennt war. Das empfand ich als unangenehm... Außerdem war das Zimmer meiner Freundin Martina, die am Freitag anreiste, total schmutzig und Kippen auf dem Balkon. Sie meinte auch, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis würde auf keinen Fall stimmen in dem Hotel.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut.

Das Hotel ist aufgrund der technisch mangelhaften Fenster sehr laut. Ich habe den Verkehr die ganze Nacht gehört und konnte nicht vernünftig schlafen. Die Fenster in meinem Zimmer, dies war auch bei anderen fenstern im Haus so, schlossen nicht richtig. Dadurch ist der Schallschutz nicht gegeben

Probably won't be back.

CLIFFORD was the highlight of my stay. He worked the front desk and was wonderful. Helpful with any questions we had and even made recommendations. The location was good and alot of places to eat. The cleaning staff was good at what they did and pleasant.

The pillows are down filled and very flat had to go to IKEA and get one for my husband and I slept with three and a towel. The beds are a bit firm. Shower curtain was a little short so the floor got wet at every shower. If you use a washcloth bring your own they do not have them . There is no where to keep food if you dont want to eat out. The parking garage is so small we ended up parking in a garage 25 min away from the hotel. Make sure that you pay for parking before going down to exit with your car Otherwise, they will not let you out even if you have an emergency and are on the way to the hospital. When they say breakfast is included it means you will be charged € 16.00 for every meal everyday. Even if you don't eat that day.

OK hotel and convenient for where I wanted to be. I think one can find better value though.

Friendly and easy check in. Room reasonably spacious. Convenient location for where we wanted to be (near family). We didn't use the hotel bar, or 'comfort' areas. Wifi was around 5mbps.

No carpets - just painted grey floors. Aircon stops at 24 degrees. Shower had a curtain and shower itself had no thermostatic control (pretty rubbish really) - so it went from too hot to too cold depending on, I guess, if someone flushed a toilet somewhere. At Eur 20, breakfast was poor VFM

Very good location, nice lobby and friendly staff. Rooms are quite modern and bedding was comfortable. Sound proofing was also good as our room faced the main street.

I hate this new trend with a sliding door between the bathroom and the rest of the room. You could hear quite well what was ongoing in the bathroom which is not comfortable.

Fair stay at an acceptable location

Bathroom was good. View was to the street and we liked it. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast personnel was attentive and kind (especially Ozzy). Public transport stops and supermarket/ drug stores are close.

Rooms and corridors look exactly like a hospital because of the flooring and the colors. Pillows, bed, and covers were subpar - even though pillows and cover had feathers, they were obviously used a lot and lost a lot of the filling, making them thin and uncomfortable. Some of the personnel speak English poorly.
