Rapide mais très bon rapport qualité prix. Et surtout un personnel accueillant 😊

L’accueil des réceptionnistes, très chaleureux malgré l’heure…et l’emplacement juste à la sortie l’autoroute. Nous avons un grand camion et une remorque , la personne présente nous a trouvé rapidement une solution pour nous garer.

Clean hotel with parking for the car. Fair price for the value. Very good breakfast

The rooms are not well insonorized. I woke up with the noise from the elevators. WiFi is miserable, slow and with bad coverage.

Gute Unterkunft für eine Übernachtung auf langen Autofahrten

- komfortables Zimmer - gut ausgestattet: Safe und Kühlschrank - sauber - gut angebunden (nah an der Autobahn), trotzdem ruhig

- leider keine Dusche, sondern eine Badewanne - leider kostenpflichtige Parkplätze für Hotelgäste (wurde aber vorher angekündigt) - nur kostenpflichtiges (recht teures) Wasser auf dem Zimmer - sehr teures Frühstück

Das Hotel hat sehr zu einem entspannten Aufenthalt in Chemnitz beigetragen-

Am besten hat mir das Frühstück gefallen, das sehr gut und vielfältig war. Die Zimmer sind großzügig bemessen, vor allem wenn man sie mit Zimmern bestimmter Hotelketten vergleicht, in denen man sich kaum noch bewegen kann.

Dieses Hotel werden wir nie wieder nutzen und können es nicht empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Bereits vor der Anreise hat sich das Hotel nicht an die Buchungsbedingungen gehalten. Wir hatten einen Tarif mit einmaliger Umbuchungsmöglichkeit. Als wir dies nutzen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt: "Sie haben ohne kostenlose Stornierung gebucht, dann ist eine Terminänderung nicht möglich." Auf meinen Widerspruch wurde nicht eingegangen. Booking.com hat sich daraufhin eingeschaltet, auch dann wurde nicht eingelenkt. Erst als ich Paypal eingeschaltet hatte, wurde mir die beantragte Umbuchung bewilligt. Auf unsere telefonische Nachfrage am Vortag, ob wir vor 15 Uhr eventuell das Zimmer beziehen können, wurde uns dies gegen eine Gebühr angeboten. Bei der Anreise um 12:30 Uhr wurde dieser Service abgelehnt, wir konnten nicht einmal unser Gepäck abstellen. Somit fuhren wir mit Gepäck zu unserem Termin und trafen Mitternacht wieder im Hotel ein. Der Empfang war unbesetzt, da die Rezeptionistin mit anderen Personen vor dem Hotel rauchte. Die Rezeptionistin lies sich dabei nicht stören, trotzdem sie uns ins Hotel hinein gehen sah. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war die Zufahrt zum Hotel durch eine Baustelle gesperrt, eine Umleitung führte im Kreis immer um das Hotel herum. Hier wäre ein Hinweisschild empfehlenswert. Man gelangt nur zum Hotel, wenn man in eine Sackgasse, an einer Baustellenabsperrung vorbei fährt. Das Hotel verlangt für jeglichen Service Extragebühren: Toilette an den Seminarräumen/ Außenparkplatz/ Zimmerbezug vor 15 Uhr Die Geschäftsleitung ist nicht vor Ort und weist das Personal an. Das Hotelpersonal ist wenig motiviert.

TV- Empfang: leider fast nur die kommerziellen Privatsender. Die Öffentlichen Sender sind leider nur ungenügend vertreten.

This is cool quiet place, not far from motorway, there is close a Chemnitz Center for a shopping. Very nice personel, perfect breakfast, there is pool table, you can play. Very comfortable room, all the facilities for the kids. We recommend this place.

The only thing I didn't like - is sagging mattress Of course it depends on what you like, but for us it was not comfortable We stayed for one night to rest from the long trip and we didn't sleep well to continue our trip.

Great hotel for a stop close to highway

It's a really nice hotel for the value. The room was bigger than in other hotels and very comfy. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a big variety and was really fresh. We chose the hotel for the price and the strategic position at the highway, but got a really relaxing stay there too. They are dog and kids friendly.

You have to pay the parking with 5 Euros per night. I would recommend the hotel to think about how to further reduce the use of plastic.

Good to stay overnight during travel.

The strongest point of the hotel is its personnel - really helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast was quite good, with typical hot and cold meals. The beds are comfortable enough, so you can rest well while travelling through Germany. Especially, that the hotel is just few hundred metres from the highway.

The hotel is a bit old and you can see this from the first moment. I think the worst thing is that it is stiffly in the rooms even if you keep windows opened. You have to pay for the parking (not much, thankfully - 5 Euro) but it is not in any way guarded (there is even a sign saying the hotel is not responsible for any damage...). We wanted large bed, got two separate ones. Interestingly, in one room there was a Minibar but in the other - only empty space.

I visit this hotel during the MotoGP event in Sachsenring. The hotel overall is good, the breakfast is one of the most positive aspects from it and the location is good regarding that I was not there to visit Chemnitz.

For a normal size room the bed was so small I needed to sleep with my feet out of the bed (I am 1,87m tall), there was no AC in the room which for a day of 37 degree Celsius outside was not at all pleasant and there was no WIFI in the whole hotel with the explanation that it was cause due to the hotel being full.

Clean, speatiouse, good connection to highway, nice breakfast, cheap parking (3€), dog friendly (extra 10€). I would highly recommend it.

price and rating is only justified by the (really good) breakfast.

Breakfast is REALLY good, the only thing that truly is at a 4-star level. If that matters to you (it matters to me), it is reason enough to stay at this hotel and justifies the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

except for breakfast (see above) I cannot understand where the 4 stars come from. Infrastructure somewhat basic and outdated - a renewal is long overdue. In an industrial area - such as this - I would expect outside parking to be free (it is not).

Breakfast was realy good. Very nice old hotel. Near is shopping park.

Due to lack of stuff, rooms are cleaned only on working days. Restaurant and bar didnt work due to lack of stuff. But still it was great to stay.
