No window - Avoid room 243

Window direct to lobby with people watching in our room (room 243). No fresh air and impossible to see outside. 270 CHF for that room is unacceptable

Boa localização e bom custo benefício

O frigobar incluído durante a estadia (algo que não mencionava na descrição no booking). A disponibilidade de cafeteira, talheres e copos no próprio quarto.

O ar condicionado não gela adequadamente mesmo colocando no mínimo, mesmo indo no final do verão e inicio do outono acabamos acordando constantemente de madrugada devido ao calor.

Fabulous night away

Fantastic position with a team stop just outside the hotel. Lovely spacious room. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and comfortable location with good amenities

Location was good, right next to a bus stop. Rooms were nice and grounds were beautiful. The facilities were good as well, including the gym.

Rooms were not the cleanest - found wrappers in nooks left uncleaned, carpets still had lint and marks in them and very small specks in the toilet bowl. Our shampoo was also empty when we first arrived, although this was quickly remedied. Windows for the rooms we got all open into the building, so no natural light. Was expected though.

Gutes Business-Hotel. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Gute Lage. Parkhaus. Frühstück reichhaltig. Abends Bar bis recht spät geöffnet. Als Geschäftshotel ausgezeichnet. Immer wieder gerne.

Comfortable stay in central Berne.

great view from balcony over Berne and also the mountains. Room is spacious with enough place to put your stuff. Carpark for extra cost available

Hotel perfecto para estancias en Berna. Bien ubicado.

Hotel cerca casco antiguo, habitaciones no muy grandes, correctas, desayuno esta muy completo, aparcamiento comodo para acceder al hotel.

La habitación daba patio interior ( ya lo sabiamos) pero daba a una pared , como mucho a dos metros. Y baño un poco antiguo.

Lovely rooms pity about the view and price

Rooms are beautifully fitted, perhaps one of the best modern hotels I have seen. lovely light wood and all provided. Very quiet. Parking is convenient no step access. Breakfast is in an inner atrium but food is excellent - at SFR32 it should be. Lovely outside space with lakes and Koi to watch.

Our 3rd floor room had a view onto a wall which was very disappointing as this is overlooking the town. Too tired to change but felt taken advantage of as it was not cheap. Location is not central Bern but its not too far to walk in and you can use the free tram offer.

Very good

The hotel is well situated, within a walking distance from the historical city centre. The room was spacious and well equipped, furniture very standard. For breakfast there was decent choice. It was perfect for one night stay, for more time it could be too "standard".

The room was facing a depressing inside well, so basically there was no natural light and you couldn't really open the window.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The reception team was great! Especially the gentleman I dealt with on the phone regarding the noise level above my room. Thank-you for offering us a different room. Sorry I didn’t get your name. I made a noise complaint on Sunday night around 10pm and he was lovely to deal with and made sure we had a restful night with sleep. The free drinks from the mini bar was a plus and the gym was great too.

The hotel hosted a Mykonos-themed event on Saturday night (26.08.23) with lively music and a much more lively and high spirited crowd. We were given prior notice about the event. However, the noise kept waking me up during the night, making my sleep restless. I am unsure if this is a regular occurrence on Saturdays. Apart from that, I have no complaints about my stay. Maybe the hotel can distribute ear plugs for their guests in the future.

We love Bern but not this hotel

Location is excellent. Bar is very nice

The room air conditioning was terrible. We know it was very hot, but they really should not advertise AC as it hardly worked. There was a huge party Saturday night. The party was away from our room, but hundreds of guests were in the bar area ALL NIGHT LONG. We finally had quiet at 5 AM

Exceptional

Wonderful breakfast options and the staff were so friendly at all times. The bedroom was very comfortable. The bar is amazing with a beautiful pond to sit next to with comfortable sofas.

The toiletries in the bathroom had not been refilled before our stay. I only discovered the shower gel was empty once in the shower :( There was quite a lot of scuffing on the walls of the bedroom which was a shame as apart from that, everything in the room seemed really new.
