O café da manhã foi muito adequado, em especial a localização e o visual agradável.

Houve um dia de muita chuva que danificou o local do café da manhã, inviabilizando o uso de várias mesas e gerando fila para o serviço.

Right in the begging, entering the room, we realized that we had a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. The last night, some emergency light was turned on, and nothing could be done with it. We had to stick something on the light to get some sleep.

This hotel is undergoing restoration but it’s location and the Breakfast in Heaven room is absolutely worth the stay.

the location was excellent. the breakfast room was superb with great views of the street and the breakfast itself was exceptional considering it was included in the cost of the room.

Perfect location and friendly staff for a city trip!

We only had one night transfer time in Madrid and were looking for a hotel in a convenient location. We don't aim for luxury stay, we are there to explore the city. The hotel was just perfect for that purpose- we took public airport bus and walked from the city station to the hotel. Especially we want to mention the very nice and helpful staff. Also storing our luggage was no problem at the next morning. We will come back to explore the city some more days! The location was also in walking distance to the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus- the only thing we could do before we needed to go back to the airport.

There was nothing to complain. We only had 1 night and this was just a stopover in Madrid. We made the best out of it and would also stay longer in this place for a city trip.

The price for the location is Great! T station in front of the hotel which was great for us!

The property is due for some updates, but still a great place to stay

good location but I didn’t like the room

the breakfast

the room I didn’t like it and I requested a twin room and it wasn’t ready when they gave us the room. the front desk agent came to set it up. very bad system too low and close with the other bed (bunk bed) he hurts his eyebrow during the night due to he hit the side of the bunk bed above. the door key system was almost broken.

Great location and pretty good value but the hotel needs some upgrades and work.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was very good. The hotel was quiet and the bathroom was very good.

The common areas weren’t clean ( staircases) and the walls in our room needed painting. The frame of the doorway going into our room was chipped.

location was great. staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. they gave us a welcome champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
