Beautiful place with a huge potential :)

The hotel staff, and the pool, the beach is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable. The entertainment team and events are awesome. The food is good! Especially the food court.

I didn't like the fact that you need to pay for a lot of stuff at the hotel: the beach cabinets, the private tanning beds, and a lot of beverages are not included, so it was a bit of a bummer, and the room cleaning wasn't really good. And the parties at night are very repetitive - every night the same music selection (mainstream and Russian) I think It has much more potential...

Food of course, easy access to the pool and seashore

You need to pay for the banglue. One of the worker get inside the room while we are inside the room without permission and left without apology as he did nothing wrong!!

Clean comfortable but needs a few tweaks to make this place a regular destination

The food variety was great All inclusive was properly done The room and bathroom were good Everything was provided

They have an child bed in the room which they refused to remove The tv location was in the corner (not directly facing the bed) The beach has too many stones which hurt your feet (investing in removing these stones would make this hotel almost 10/10) The food quality is good but not great The spa was expensive and thai massage was not available at the time of my stay The spa manager was rude and they said they would accept 75 euros for an hour massage (the original price was a 100) Guest relations gave me a card for 30% discount and i went and gave him the card he got angry and said the best I could give you is 77 euros And then they said we would allow 75 euros if u committed to taking 4 massages I said to hell with your massage and left 20 minutes later one of his employees is cruising the sun beds looking for customers ( really good business management) By the way the price in a neighboring hotel is 30 to 40 euros for an hour massage

Too much food, too little time to taste it all

The room cleaning staff was just amazing, and we loved our person. She did not speak English that much but that did not stop us talking. The food in this hotel is superb, and in 6 days we spent there we could not find a single problem, or something we did not like. There are so many choices throughout the day, and not enough time to try and eat all we wanted. White peer staff are absolutely amazing and so hard working. We had two of them taking care of us, and they are doing such great job making sure that guests are not missing anything, and they can enjoy time in the beach.

I was very disappointed when we first arrived at such a luxury-level hotel. No concierge to greet us at the entrance, which is very strange. The reception was not so interested in answering the questions we had. We went alone to our room, which usually never happens in 5-star hotels. In the room we did not find enough towels, only to be told by reception that they have an issue on that day. We got towels next day and all was sorted. In addition to a very strange greeting, I found out that the Guest relations officer is not telling us the truth and hotel is not very honest with prices. The hotel has 2 peers, one of which is called White peer, it is located on the right side of the hotel beach and has 5 separate wooden establishments for people to relax and spend time, and you need to reserve/pay in order to spend the day there. The first time we wanted to reserve, I have been told that Peer G3 was available, and it will cost us 100e for three people. The second day I went to do the same, and I was told G4 is available, and it will cost us 88e for three people because we have our booking online (probably thinking about online hotel booking). On the third day when I wanted to reserve, the Guest relations officer told me that cost is 110e for three people. I asked How is it possible that 1 day 100e, the second day 88e, and the third day 110e?! I made a comment that someone is either cheating or lying and asked What is the actual price since the price was never officially published or communicated with us through official channels. I got only a smile from a staff member, and no comment (She understands English, so language was not a problem). In the end, I paid only 68e for three people, for that day.

if you don’t like loud parties - don’t book this hotel. it will be very noisy until midnight.

Very close to the beach, great pier, great San Sebastian cake😃 great food court - open 24/7, good service, great food.

Most of the staff do not speak English, people at the reception are not friendly at all, although all other staff really tries to do their best. Poor cleaning, the cutlery and plates often were given poorly washed. The staff can't handle the amount of guests. They constantly ran out of food and did not have time to bring a new one.

Nice hotel for short stay for people between 20-40 years old

The variety and quality of food is good! A lot of ways to spend free time. Nice staff, mostly speak in Russian and English Great everyday evening parties with good DJs

Performances are not the strong part of the hotel The house keeping has not impressed, most of the time just made the bad without proper cleaning

Hotel is very compact but has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Team is very helpful and attentive. Food choices were great and cats add an extra charm 😊

Entrance to the water at the beach is very rocky and is a little uncomfortable at first. Otherwise no complaints at all

It was calm, relaxing and it has great staffs with nice behaver.

The hotel staff were very nice. The food and drinks were amazing. there was a bar and food court 24 hours available. after checking out they offered to stay at the hotel and enjoy hotel entertainment and food for free before the flight.

Some of the events and restaurants which are visible in photos and hotel information were not available during our staying time. I believe some of the wellness things mentioned on booking.com require an additional charge.

Nice place

The hotel is clean, in good shape, small so everything is nearby. We enjoyed the food, especially the 24/7 food court. The staff in the main restaurant was very welcoming.

The territory of the hotel is very small and there is really nothing outside of it, just the road and the beach. If you plan to sunbathe, drink and eat the entire vacation - this will suit you. But as a young family we needed more space. The kids club is nice for small children.

Super hotel! Nice and helpful stuff, great food, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly come again!

Unfortunately, the main restaurant opened only in the very end of our stay due to the start of season.

Room cleaning needs to be improved. One day good, the next day not so good service. I think it depends on the person who is on shift.

Very good

Dinner is the most delicious meal. Beach was very good and near to the rooms.

A Guy on the pool bar was very disrespectful every time I order drink and my wife!! And the lunch was not good enough and the cats were everywhere you eat. Not a lot of activities.

Nice hotel, typical all inclusive

Wifi dropped sometimes for no reason when using it near the edge of the beach (perception was fine, just random disconnections), worked perfectly fine in the rest of the areas. The speed could be improved tho (480p videos or laggy zoom call is what you get)

In general, it was a nice stay and friendly staff. Wish extras were reasonably priced!

Cleanliness, value, entertainment programs. Exercise programs, access, quality and variety of foods and drinks. Being next to the beach. Kids programs.

Exercise programs were not well organized and was messy to get in! The extras were very expensive (boat, arcade, parasail, jet-ski, dinner on the deck, private shades on the beach,..). Family rooms were not in a good location of tbe hotel.

they gave me not the room i booked, yet changed it for the 2nd night. sea view could be a bungalow-sea view, so you barely see the sea the disco ends at midnight and you won’t be asleep before that - too loud
