Is the manager in the right place?

When we came to the hotel and for the next few days we thought that we will give it a great opinion as we found this *** hotel pleasant and worth its price.

However the last day proved to be a total failure. The air conditioning stopped working at 2 p.m. and some guys came to fix it however nothing changed. The air was blowing like there was a fan on not the air conditioning. Ok we managed to survive the night and we went to the reception early morning to ask if we could stay until 2p.m. Instead of 12 as the usual check out is. The receptionist went to the manager and he agreed but said that each additional hour costs 10€! We were really disgusted because the air conditioning wasn’t working and we just asked for two more hours as our flight was at 5 and there was no point sitting at the airport. Not to mention that the manager didn’t come to talk to us (as he was extremely busy) and everything was just said through the receptionist. We told them that we agree to pay 10€ for each additional hour if they agree to pay us back 10€ for each hour that air con wasn’t working because we paid for the air-conditioned room. In each situation you should just be a human being - we only asked for two additional hours and not a ride to Mount Everest. We came to the hotel at 2a.m. even that the hotel day started at 2p.m. the previous day, we ate lunch in the hotel restaurant each day so we also left the money there, not to mention the broken air-conditioning which is a vital point in the temperature of 34 degrees. We wouldn’t feel that bad if the manager came to say sorry or just came to talk to us and not treated us as trash. Was he afraid to talk to us??? I will inform the booking.com about the situation as I find it unacceptable.

מקום נעים לשהיה במיקום מעולה. תמורה טובה מאד לכסף.

מלון חמוד ונחמד במיקום מעולה. הילדים בני העשרה נהנו מגישה מיידית לטיילת, למסעדות ולשחיה בים. הפסיליטציה סטנדרטית, הכל נוח, נקי ומסודר. לא בסגנון של בתי המלון הגדולים של "הכל כלול" הנמצאים מעט רחוק יותר מזרחה על חופי הים, מקום יותר קונבנציונלי. הבנות בקבלה היו מאד נחמדות ומאד עזרו בכל מה שהיה צריך. בריכה קטנה יחסית, אבל עמוקה ומספיקה לגמרי. ארוחת בוקר מספקת. המזגנים בחדרים מצוינים.

כמו בקפריסין, ממעטים בשימוש במזגן, גם בחדר האוכל וגם לעתים בלובי. בקיץ היה חם והיה עדיף שקצת פחות יתקמצנו על החשמל...

Un établissement confortable et tranquille au cœur de Paphos pour découvrir la ville et les sites archéologiques majeurs

Hôtel très confortable et cosy, de taille humaine, joli jardin où prendre le petit déjeuner. Situation parfaite en plein centre ville et à deux pas du port et des plages, beaucoup de commerces, bars et restaurants agréables alentour. Personnel accueillant et sympathique.

Les chambres de l’annexe où nous logions donnent sur une rue très animée (bars de nuit) donc très bruyant : boules quies indispensables pour dormir donc.

In the ciry center but nothing more to offer.

It is located in the city center and not far from the beaches.

Not that clean and the breakfast is so poor. Also, they mention a shuttle from the airport but when we asked they told us to take the bus.

Great location with many nearby attractions

Breakfast was suitable to start the day. Excellent location that was within walking distance of many attractions. Thought the street traffic was going to be an issue but the room mostly shut out the noise.

Check in person could have been a little more friendlier. She was all business.

Good hotel, good location. Clean. But didn't chabge towels only once after 3 days!! No blanket

I was confused that they did not chage towel only after 3 days!! It is not accaptable. Also soap was not filled. No blanket on bed. Breakfast was very good. The staf was very polite, reception was very cooperative and efficiennt. Location perfect. The room was fine and nice view. Overall good hotel.

They changed towel once in 3 days. It is not acceptable at all!! Not additional soap only after the 3rd day.no blanket .

Disappointing

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and the place was clean and in a grat position near to the beach and restaurants.

We were kept awake at night by very loud music from a nearby bar/ disco. The music went on untill at least 3am each day and ruined our holiday. This was a great shame as the hotel was great and had great reviews. Apart from the exceptionaly loud music it was a great hotel. The music would stop me visiting the hotel and any near by in the future.

Very small parking lot relative to amount of rooms, you cannot rely on free parking spot. Small rust in bathroom, long halls can be more decorated. 2 pianos, but both in bad conditions

Very short but enjoyable stay in centre of Paphos

Hotel is located very close to the boulevard and castle, perfect for an evening walk along the boulevard. Because of a very early checkout (4.30), we were offered to have a sandwich and coffee prepared in the night as we could not attend the breakfast.

The location and parking were perfect. The breakfast, staff and pool were excellent. The room was clean. The bathroom was very comfortable.

The location is perfect all coffee shops, club, bars and restaurants are walking distance from the hotel Completely surrounded from the hotel Staff very kind, rich breakfast, very clean rooms and very rich garden all around the hotel

Too many fly mosquitoes in the outside area of breakfast Recommend to use the equipment that sprays every 5 minutes just for the fly mosquitos it doesn’t affect the environment and/or people sitting there

Never will stay there again

Location is good, next to the harbor. That's all

Rude, unprofessional management. I chose this hotel by sorting it out using "free parking" key words. There was limited number of places for parking. When I asked about it the manager was rude, called my spouse and said if we don't like something we can take our stuff and go. Unbelievable. Plus my spouse has a very expensive bicycle and as no parking next to the hotel he asked whether he can take the bike to our room and locate it on veranda. They did not allow. He had to put it in some storage room where anyone could damage it by just being not careful. And breakfast is very poor in choice and quality. And air condition did not have a power control and was switching off all the time so we had to get up and put it on again. Never again going to this hotel.
