Location is very good and peaceful. If you are looking for a vacation away from all the noise and touristy stuff , This is the place to go.
It is not easy to drive to the location if the Visibility is bad. Plan to reach before 6PM. Night and early morning drive is not recommended.

Good space for the cottage and good surroundings
Way too far from civilisation and time taken to reach the property. Didn’t say anything about the location in the description. The wifi keeps going off all the time. Working from this location isn’t possible unless you hike up the mountain and catch some signal

The location was absolutely surreal. The maintenance, design and çomfort of the luxury tents was great. The staff are very responsive and very amicable. Non-veg varities of food was good.
The food can be improved a bit better. The veg biriyani's rice was boiled bug little wattery. The paneer butter masala gravy had more water than gravy. Also, paneer pieces ratio was very less.
Prices of basic items like plain maggi costing 180/- per plate is exorbitant.

Hospitality
Food
Special thanks to Shiva sir and all other staffs too who tried their best to make our stay comfortable.
Some visitors coming from city brings their garbage and polluted mind set to make this beautiful place dirty. This needs to stop ASAP. Please take some strict measures to keep the nature and surroundings beautiful around the property.

excellent location and very nice hospitality.
Food and room prices are bit more. But arranging food in such a remote location is appreciable.

I was booked in a Villa by Booking.com, I was sent an email to that effect and was asked to put up in a tent which was hot humid and no acs. Basically I was asked to live in an accomodation which I had not booked.
They blamed booking.com for the mess.
As the property is one hour difficult drive through mountains I had no option but to agree.
The property is a good 45 minutes drive from the main road and one hour 15 mins away from the main city. Hence if you are not given accommodation of choice and have travelled a great deal to reach here it's very easy to coax you to stay wherever they put you.
The property is not child friendly at all.
At arrival my four year old was leaning against their water fountain near the reception. The water fountain was made up of marble and was heavy. It fell just missing my kid. Not a single word was uttered at check in but at check out there was an organised attempt to extort money from me for the same. Which after my protest was abandoned. I asked them why I wasn't told that I need to pay right before check in so we would have left the property then and there. But the issue was created at check out after two days of stay.
I travelled with two kids 4 and 5 they were the bath room which was leaking into the room a big issue including clicking photographs was made showing me how they had wet the bath room.
The kids were playing with the Muslim shower and had wet the bathroom I agreed. But I could not understand what irreparable damage was done by wetting the bathroom. The staff clicked photographs of the bathroom being wet and showed me at time of check out.
We had consumed all three meals including breakfast at the resort and all of us had a severe bout of food poisoning. My 4 year old had a severe bout of vomiting in order not to spoil the room we used the towel to contain the vomitus, I was made to pay for the towels which I did without arguments.
The staff was trying to blame us for petty damages.

The food was exceptional and the staff in the kitchen/restaurant (Mr Shiva, Lokesh and Prem). They took special care of individual requests and were extremely friendly and polite. We received good service from the housekeeping staff as well (Mr Pran Das). The property is beautiful and worth the price.
The distance from the city is about 18km and the road isn't that great. However it's a good option if one plans to stay and relax at the resort.
