Falta cuidado na experiência do hóspede.

Gostei da localização, tranquilidade do lugar, da área de lazer e decoração.

Não gostei da falta de tomadas, da disponibilidade de apenas um cartão de acesso, da obrigatoriedade de deixar um valor caução, das camas pequenas e da qualidade do colchão, da roupa de cama rasgada, da disponibilidade de apenas um travesseiro por pessoa, da quantidade e qualidade dos móveis, da falta de trato por parte das funcionárias no check-up ao insinuar que eu teria levado um copo de vidro(??) e quebrado um cabide de plástico (??). Sei que tudo isso não é culpa dos funcionários, e que são instruídos a agir dessa forma.

Muy lindo hotel!

Limpieza de la habitación excelente. Todo nuevo y reluciente. El baño super bonito. Camas muy cómodas.

Tamaño del TV (si te toca lluvia y te tenes que quedar en el hotel es pequeña para el tamaño de la habitación). No tiene ascensor (habitación en 2do piso), hay que tenerlo presente si es una persona con movilidad reducida. Desayuno limitado en variedad de elementos, (a partir de las 9 am ya no reponen la mayoría de los componentes). Falta iluminación en la habitación (no tiene mesitas de luz).

Un poco menos de exigencias. Y cambien el personal cara larga

Cobran por si manchas las toallas. Y son re viejas .como las sábanas . Entraron a nuestra habitación cuando estábamos recién llegados saliendo de la ducha.

Malas caras y habitación sucia

Desayuno, decente.

La habitación, estaba sucia. Con pelos de la huéspedes anteriores en la cama, suelo, baño. El personal en el hotel no parece trabajar a gusto, ninguno mostró una sonrisa, desde recepción hasta la gente del desayuno. Da la impresión de ser un lugar que no se preocupa por el aseo y el estado de su personal. No recomiendo para nada la estadía en este hotel, por muy económica que haya sido.

Hotel Confortável Staff Atencioso

Estacionamento pras motos junto hotel, staff atencioso, piscina, cerveja gelado, cama boa e ducha bem boa. Café da manhã bom.

Um pouco afastado da feirinha e restaurantes na rua do La Rueda mas ok. Uber funciona bem. Voltamos a pé do jantar.

O café da manha é bom. A pousada tem piscina e o quarto é como nas fotos. Os funcionários tentaram atender solicitações e da para ir a pe até a feirinha.

A pousada tinha baratas. Quando fizemos check-in pediram um valor em dinheiro ou opcao de tirar foto frente e verso do cartão de crédito como garantia caso houvesse danos no quarto. E a janela do quarto que era no andar terreo nao tinha como trancar. Não nos sentimos seguras. Para o que foi oferecido acabamos achando que o custo-beneficio nao valeu tanto a pena.

Buena y cómoda experiencia, recomendable

Muy buen servicio, el desayuno era lo justo y necesario opciones frías y calientes, dulces y saladas, bebidas varias. Los espacios son amplios y cómodos, la piscina muy linda, si bien no es climatizada, por el clima de Iguazú realmente no es necesario. Luego del check in podes dejar las valijas, hacer uso de la piscina, baño y hasta ducha

Había solo 2 enchufes en todo el cuarto, y solo había corriente cuando estaba la llave puesta, por lo que era dificultoso cargar dispositivos

Hotel excelente y buen precio

Todo el hotel es excelente. Limpio, grande, buena zona, personal increíble y muy atento, buen desayuno. La cama es extremadamente cómoda, y las almohadas de primera calidad. Ahora voy a necesitar cambiar el colchón de mi depa por uno igual.

Nice place to spend 2-3 nights to visit Iguazu Falls!

The location is great, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable enough. The wifi connection was good. 24/7 reception, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty.

The place was a bit noisy due to the guests' children running and screaming next to the pool and in the corridors next to my room or under my windows. I understand that the staff cannot fully discipline other people's children, but it would be good to have some regulations for that. One other thing I think could be changed is a really early check-out time - 10 am - but it is like this in many hotels around, so maybe it's a cultural thing (I would go for a hotel with a later check-out time though so it could be something to consider!)

We stayed fine. but now we are very frustrated with their ignore attitude.

We paid the hotel in cash when we checked out, the hotel did not cancel the charge on the credit card. I tried to get the charge on the credit car back. The hotel ignore it.

Very clean, good size room with all the essentials supplied (kettle, fridge, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc), great location and value for money!

Room was big enough for 3 persons, linens were clean, breakfast was very rich and tasty.

It was very hot in the room and air conditioner almost didn't work. Bathroom towels were thin, almost impossible to use. Also there was no warning that we would have to pay 10 000 pesos as a deposit and although it was supposed to be refunded at the check-out the money still haven't been returned to us after 3 days (we payed by card).

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The patio with the view on the pool was a nice surprise. The breakfast was on the sweet side but delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Good continental breakfast, good coffee, good security. They have a nice swimming pool. Public bus to the water fall and airport is just a few blocks away and is cheap.

They could use new towels. The towels are clean but old and rough.

There’s not much to do in puerto misiones so the location nearby Hitos fronteras and away from town which is only a 10min walk was perfect. nice pool and environment

Good value for money

Really enjoyed the clean and refreshing pool (we've seen some horrible dirty ones at other hotels in Argentina). Sunbeds are super comfortabele. Good wifi.

Lots of ants in our room. Not sure it can be helped though. Rest of the room was clean and we got fresh towels and our bed made.
