Front desk (including night security) very helpful and offers us many towels, toilet rolls & other accessories
Rooms very spacious and offers lots of space for large group of people
Some rooms were outdated
Not clean at all - stains on the bedsheets, and leftover food stains on the cutlery.
3.0
The location is quite out of the way. There was no lift and we have to carry our luggage to the third floor. The surrounding was very dark at night and many of the units were vacant.
4.0
Big and quite
The cleanliness is not as good as expected but acceptable
4.5
The accommodation was great. It was a 2 story design with 2 bed rooms upstairs.
It has all the necessary facilities for a long stay (4 nights).
Stove, oven, washing machines / drying, TV, etc
Spacious living
Friendly and helpful staff
Would be good if staff can converse in English. They speak Korean and Mandarin (as 1 of the staff is from China).
Kitchen could be better equipped with additional pots (only 1) and pans (only 1).
Cutlery to include forks and knifes apart from chopsticks and spoons.
English instructions for washing machines, ovens, microwave-oven, tv remote, please.
Please improve on your cable TV channels. I had to use my Netlix and Prime access.
