Notre séjour s’est très bien passé ! Nous avons été bien accueilli et les propriétaires sont ouvertes si nous avons des questions lors du séjour. L’appartement est très bien positionné, nous sommes proche du métro qui nous permet d’aller en 15/20min à la plage la plus proche et 30min du centre ville de Barcelone. Nous recommandons ce logement !

It was an amazing stay at this apartment! The nearest station is only 10 min away and metro will get you to the Barcelona city centre in only 12 minutes. The apartment is very clean and spacious. recommend it 100% percent!

Very nice apartment in a family friendly neighborhood. Very clean and equipped with everything you need to find yourself home. Walking distance to metro stations. There are two bakeries down the street, supermarkets and pharmacies on the way to the metro stations. We enjoyed our stay there and the marvelous city of Barcelona. Thank you !

LOGEMENT PROPRE SPACIEUX

Nous avons apprécié le confort de l'appartement, l'accueil des propriétaires, la proximité des métros (à 5mn et à 10 mn) et la multitude d'activités, de monuments, de musées pour petits et grands, de balades et de cafés à Barcelone. On ne peut pas s'y ennuyer, même par temps pluvieux ! Par beau temps nous avons aussi apprécié les belles plages facilement accessibles.

El lugar está ubicado cerca de una carretera comercial peatonal, cuenta con excelentes restaurantes, cafés, colmados, todo a pasos del lugar. La estación de metro está a pocos minutos caminando. El lugar es muy acogedor y el utilizar la lavadora fue un plus en nuestra experiencia futbolística.

Fantastic place, very comfortable and within walking distance to two metro stations. Loved staying here and would stay again in a heartbeat! It is a bit "out of town" but with the Metro, it was no problem. You can be in the heart within 15-20 minutes. Wonderful stay!!

The place was very clean had everything you needed for a stay, great location easy walk to shopping transportation dog trails and green space.

Justo como lo que se ofrece en las fotos, sra Maribel super amable y atenta en todo momento nos ha alquilado en último momento sin problemas, pet friendly , el piso muy bonito y las camas excelente para el descanso, la hemos pasado muy bien los días de estancia.

Wir haben die Wohnung als Familie mit kleinen Kindern, für einen Barcelona-Städtetrip gemietet. Für diesen Zweck ist sie sehr gut geeignet, da Metro und Bus fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Dann dauert es etwa 15-25 Minuten nach Barcelona City. Die Autobahn ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte wissen, dass Parken in der Umgebung der Wohnung sich sehr schwierig gestaltet. Wir haben zwar immer einen Platz gefunden, mussten aber oft mehrere Male um den Block fahren. Die Straßen sind eng, haben hohe Bremsschwellen und besonders gegen Abend sind alle Plätze belegt. Dafür ist Parken kostenlos. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet, allerdings ist nicht alles auf dem neuesten Stand. Neu sind eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, sowie Fernseher mit amazon prime Zugang. Auch der Internetzugang ist hervorragend. Die Küche und die Küchenutensilien sind dagegen eher Erbstücke. Insgesamt kein Design-Highlight, aber ausreichend. Für Kinder finden sich mehrere Spielplätze in der Umgebung. Auch viele kleine Geschäfte sind vorhanden, so dass man bequem zu Fuß einkaufen kann. Abends laden diverse Bars und kleine Restaurants zum Trinken und Essen ein. Dadurch ist aber auch immer was los, was Lärm bedeutet. Achtung: es ist sehr hellhörig! Sowohl im Haus, als auch draußen, gibt es ständig Lärm, den die einfachen Fenster nicht draußen halten. Besonders Abends und am Wochenende ist es von der Straße her laut. Hausbewohner verlassen ihre Wohnung gegen 6/7 Uhr und lassen die schweren Metalltüren gerne einfach zufallen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Anreise haben Sie mit dem Gepäck geholfen und bei Problemen in der Wohnung sofort reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen. Kommunikation auf Englisch und Spanisch problemlos. PS: Badalona hat auch eine schöne Promenade und Strände zu bieten, die allerdings ohne Auto schwer zu erreichen sind.

We werden fijn ontvangen door de host en het appartement was zoals beloofd in de advertentie. Het huis was schoon, ruim en alles werkte naar behoren. De host liet alles ook duidelijk uit zien en het was heel makkelijk om met de metro naar Barcelona te gaan. Al met al een fijn verblijf gehad met ons gezin!

My 2 boys, hubby, and I stayed in Badalona because it was close to the soccer camp they were to participate in. Location was great in terms of distance from camp but, if you plan to rent a car like we did, parking is a nightmare! If you don’t plan to have a rental car then no problem…..metro a 7 min walk, bus a 2 min walk……gym a 7 min walk, bank 2 min walk, restaurants 1 block over, and small grocery stores every where. The hosts were wonderful! The washer was not working properly so they ended up purchasing a new one so we wouldn’t have to be without one for a few days ( w 2 boys in soccer camp we did a load every day!). Would definitely stay in same place next time we go!

Our stay went well. For folks interested in the old city of Barcelona, this is a little far away, but with two metro stations a ten minute walk that was easily overcome. Riding the metro was actually interesting.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est conforme aux photos et descriptifs. Il y a 3 petits lits, 1 grand lit et un canapé. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Dans la cuisine, vous avez le nécessaire même huile, vinaigre, sel.... Il y a également tout pour faire le ménage et laver la vaisselle. Le propriétaire était à l'heure à l'arrivée et au départ. Il nous a donné des indications pour le métro, garer la voiture, les visites.... L'appartement est à proximité des superettes, des metros, des boulangeries, d'un parc pour enfants... Je recommande vivement ce propriétaire et cet appartement...

Quartier populaire. Un peu bruyant le matin. Épicerie et boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble. A proximité du métro. Comptez 30-40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre ville. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.

N'hésitez pas si vous voulez visiter barcelone, cette location est faite pour vous.Rien a signaler tout est parfait

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Tout près de Barcelone , nous avons pleinement profité de cette belle ville et des plages. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé et offre toutes les commodités. The apartment is very nice and clean. The traffic is very convenient to the city centre Barcelona, only five minutes walk to Metro Station. The landlord was very nice and provided all the tourism information about the city. We are all happy of the stay there.

The hosts are great! Friendly and full of advice. The apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 children. It was a loud neighbourhood but this may have just been because of the Sant Joan celebrations. We found it handy to get to Barcelona by metro. We didn't like the location too much (seemed dirty and a bit rundown) & felt a little unsafe at night if out & about. It suited our budget though and we appreciated the cleanliness and size of the apartment. Many thanks!
