About this apartment rental
Situated in a prime location directly on the southern end of the port of St Cyprien Plage, our bright and sunny apartment is on the third floor of a quiet residential building overlooking the port. It has a lift and a private enclosed car park, and offers an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful area. For a lovely day out leave the car and take the €1 bus which travels the coastal area between Perpignan and the Spanish border - the Rapateil bus stop is three minutes walk from the apartment. Wake up each morning to warm bright sunshine and beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the double bedroom and the open plan kitchen corner/dining/living area, which open onto the petite balcony. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast al fresco and a relaxing drink in the evening as you look over the third largest port on the Med! Idyllic! There are bunk beds and a wardrobe in the smaller bedroom. The bathroom consists of a shower, vanity unit and a washing machine, there is a separate toilet. There are ceiling fans in the living area and main bedroom, and there is a portable aircon unit. In the living area there are two clic-clacs, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV with French channels. The dining area is equipped with a table with four chairs, and there is a small bistro table with two chairs on the balcony. The apartment is within minutes stroll of two supermarkets, Carrefour City (3 minutes), Franprix (8 minutes), restaurants, cafés and bars (approx 5 mins), and the beach is a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the port. There is a pizzeria - Papy’s - on the ground floor of the building and there is also a self service laundry. The port comes alive at night with plenty of entertainment for all the family, and (very conveniently) is pedestrianised in the evenings, so you can experience at your leisure the shops, artisan stalls, wonderful restaurants and ambience this beautiful resort has to offer. Just leave your car in the car park and stay local!

Idéalement situé sur le port
Appartement avec une vue imprenable sur le port et la mer. Avec chaque matin le levé de soleil sur la mer c'est vraiment très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et à l'écoute. L'appartement mériterais quand même une rénovation ( portes de meubles endommagées, prises de courant qui se désolidarisent du mur...) Idem pour les baies vitrées qui ne sont pas nettoyées régulièrement sur l'extérieur et qui deviennent opaques avec le temps. Il faut savoir que cet appartement est géré par une conciergerie locale car les propriétaires ne sont pas sur place. La conciergerie étant surbookée en période estivale, il vous faudra patienter (parfois des heures) au pied de l'immeuble avant qu'ils puissent venir vous ouvrir les lieux. C'est le point noir de cette location.

Points faibles , la prestation de ménage à revoir ,le réduit sans fenêtres pour les lits enfants où il peut faire chaud .
Points forts , l' emplacement sur le port , une belle vue , la proximité avec les restaurants et les commerces les plages , l' accueil et la prise en charge par la conciergerie .

nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement l emplacement est idéal et la vue a couper le souffle.
Juste un petit soucis au niveau de la conciergerie problème de communication, ils n avait pas le bon numéro alors que nous les avions eu au téléphone pour les prévenir de ce mauvais numéro.

L appartement ai super génial vue sur le port et sur la mer proche de la mer et des boutiques le matin jolie lever de soleil grand balcon agréable pour manger sur le balcon avec la vue Daniel et Caroline sont tous les 2 super accueillant très sympa et les propriétaire aussi merci a vous pour ses merveilleuse vacances a tous les vacanciers je vous recommande ce super appartement en plus il y a une pizza juste en dessous de l immeuble et a coté des tapas les 2 personnes qui tiennes le commerce sont super .

Points à améliorer:
- Ménage moyennement fait à l arrivée, on a refait
- Les oreillers tachés.
- Appartement à moderniser (douche, prise elec ...) mais ça va avec le prix.
Globalement un bon sejour dans cette belle région, l appartement et la ville sont bien situés, tout est proche, des bons restos sur le port...

nous sommes partis 2 semaines dans cette jolie location avec une vue magnifique sur les bateaux et en plus bien situé on peut tout faire a pied et pas très loin de la plage et avec une place parking seul petit bémol marque un ventilateur au plafond dans le salon car il peut faire très chaud

Location vraiment bien placé. Tout y est. Parking sécurisé très important ou toutes les places sont payantes en ville juillet et août.
Tout peut se faire à pieds, centre ville, commerçants, animations, plage à proximité .
L'appartement est top. Une vue à couper le souffle. Très lumineux.
Super séjour dans cette belle région.

Etes-vous plutôt yacht ou voilier ?
A notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli et l'appartement était exactement comme sur les photos de l'annonce: spacieux, lumineux et une vue à tomber. En quinze jours de vacances nous n'avons rien eu à redire. Avec les trois baies vitrées qui donne sur la marina vous avez toujours quelque chose à voir. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied et le parking clos est très pratique.

Sauberkeit war nicht so gut.
Ausblick war schön , es war laut , waren oft Veranstaltungen nebendran mit lauter Musik. Es war eine schöne Gegend, der Strand war am Schönsten.
Aber wir fahren definitiv nicht mehr dahin.
Beim eintreffen war die Bude nicht so sauber wie man es sich eigentlich vorstellt. Boden wurde schon seit längerem nicht mehr geputzt. Barfuß laufen ging gar nicht, beim Ankommen erstmal fett putzen.
Dann wollte ich den Boden waschen und es gab nicht mal richtiges Putzzeug dafür , der Wischmobb war dreckig und hat geschmiert.
Man kann mal dahin aber für dieses Geld nicht mehr. Die Leute waren nett die uns empfangen haben , konnten aber weder Deutsch noch Französisch . / Englisch kaum. Man konnte sich mit dem Google übersetzter verständigen-

Très bon séjour à Saint Cyprien
Joli apparement claire et lumineux . Il est très bien situé, dans la partie calme du port. Il est également très bien équipé. Le plus : les serviettes et les draps sont fournis. Petit bémol au niveau de là chambre sans fenêtres, il fait vraiment très chaud. Sinon nous avons adoré notre séjour à Saint Cyprien.
A noter que nous aurions aimé partir tôt le samedi matin, toutefois, il n’a pas été possible de partir avant 10h pour la remise des clés. Dommage

Très belle semaine ensoleillée. Avec une très belle vue sur le port de plaisance.
Endroit très agréable. Avec un bon temps quasi assuré. L'appartement est très agréable. Bien aéré. La vue sur le port est magnifique. Tout est conçu pour passer un bon séjour. À à peine quelques minutes des restaurants, bars et de la plage, il y fait calme. On peut y faire différentes activités sans devoir se déplacer en voiture qui peut dormir dans un parking privé sécurisé. Très bon accueil de madame Nadège. Et facilité de contact avec les propriétaires.
À recommander sans hésitation.

Lovely setting let down by cleanliness
Apartment has a wonderful outlook and view of the marina. However it was let down by the cleanliness and items that required some attention or renewing. This maybe because it was the end of the season but was detrimental to the enjoyment of our stay.

The secure parking for the car was an added bonus, not that there appeared to be any fear of theft or vandalism in this beautiful part of the world. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars nearby although the apartment is situated at the quieter end of the resort. All meals taken in any of the former were of a high standard. It is situated in an area where there is loads to explore and even visiting northern Spain isnt too far. If you love France, as we do, and like to combine sightseeing with good food and relaxation this is the place for you.I would highly recommend this apartment for families or couples and I will certainly pass this jewel on to my friends and family.

Fantastic stay in St. Cyprien
My partner and I stayed in this lovely apartment in July. We were met by the friendly and helpful rep. Roméo. The apartment was bright, comfortable and immaculately clean with the most stunning views. We were close to everything; the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. While we loved St. Cyprien we took the €1 bus down the coast and explored the pretty little town of Collioure.
We would 100% return to St.Cyprien and this beautiful apartment.

Comfortable apartment with stunning views
The location and views directly over the marina to the foothills of the Pyrenees in the distance are unbeatable, and can be enjoyed round the clock sitting at the café-style table on the balcony. Inside, everything is spotlessly clean and comfortably laid out and appointed. The main bedroom shares the balcony with the living area, so you can enjoy the views even when in bed; whereas the second bedroom is small and windowless but received no complaints from our two 10 year olds. The owners are a pleasure to deal with, so it would be hard to find a better apartment at this price point.
