Not coming back and do not recommend

Large territory, many swimming pools

No internet , staff doesn’t say” hello”, doesn’t speak English, just dumb. Wet everywhere, almost fell many times , no AC most of the time. Almost no entertainment, aqua park is sooo bad, food is mediocre most of the time.

Very good

Location was great even though the beach wasn’t. Good and variety of food,staff was friendly and helpful

Free Internet was slow and kept cutting off. You have to pay for faster internet. However this wasn’t clear on booking.com ad. They stated internet is included bit haven’t mentioned its speed is from early 2000s. It’s a shame to not provide good internet given there is such investment, facilities and stuff

Overall it was a very nice experience and I would recommend it to my friends

The staff have been really helpful and caring. They were always very respectful and kind. The resort is big and you have a lot of things to do. I really enjoyed the shows in the night and my little one loved the mini disco

I wished the mini disco to start 1h earlier as it can be quite late for smaller children. I did not like the fact that I could not take my daughter (2.8years) to the KidsClub. I think the kids under 4 should be also allowed inside accompanied by the parents.

Great resort for families

The resort is just fantastic. It's like a botanical garden with lots of pools, bars, and places to hang out. The staff is very friendly and they were always ready to help. We enjoyed everything during our stay, and we are considering coming back here next year. The food was great, with lots of options for everyone.

My wife said that the coffee machines could be better

perfect resort for family also for adults

everything was perfect , from the front desk to all the employees , very big and comfortable green space many swimming pools , very nice water park every day there was a concert and they bring the best singers and best dancers , we watched a show in the theater called harem sultan it was a masterpiece , I give this resort 10 stars

if I give 10 stats for every thing in this resort I will give 0 stars to the wifi , most of the time it disconnects and very slow ,

unlimited snacks and amazing snacks! loved it. Property is huge so lot to see and do.

Exceptional

we liked animators, they are very friendly and offer interesting activities. Very beautiful territory. indoor pool is good and warm.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot and we got even more we expected.

It was totally worth it paying a bit extra for the see-view room, we enjoyed crazy sunsets every day. Food was very delicious with a really good choice, all cocktails you can think of are at your disposal :) Spacious territory that one can find a quiet place when needed. Nice live music at a bar (although, I would prefer if it wasn't russian songs)

The fact that all the stiff automatically spoke Russian to us. Cotton disks were in the very beginning in the bathroom, but when they were finished, we never got a new pack (even after asking for it at the reception). One swimming pool close to the restaurant has a 16+ sign, but people would still bring their children and no one would make them leave. That was a bit sad, cause people who don't have kids want to enjoy that time in silence.

a lot of activities, excellent (extra pay) Spa, good food, lovely atmosphere

beware of the change rate, they quote the price in Euros and charge your card in Turkish Lira and you lose the exchange rate. Bring cash!

Very good

The hotel territory is huge and very beautiful. The good is very good with a big variety. Entertainment was excellent

The room wasn't very clean when checking in and daily cleaning seemed not very good. Also the cleaning stuff would always forget something: putting towels, toilet paper, etc

I recommend and want to come back next year.

Nice hotel. Beautiful, green, well maintained territory. Friendly staff. Various tasty food. We liked sweets and grilled meats and veggies. We had something to enjoy every day. Nice swimming pools, our 2 year old loved the elephant pool. We even skipped the sea most of days. Pools were more than enough for us. We enjoyed the views though.

Bungalows are dated. Still cozy and have ok facilities, but a renovation would be great. It’s a huge hotel and it gets crowded in the main restaurant at every meal. We adjusted by coming as early as possible and taking seats in the areas with good air conditioning. So it was not a big issue.

It exceeded my expectations best of the best i would like to comeback to the same hotel

the pools are perfect bar 24 hours the food is perfect ocean and pools view

no air conditioner on elevator too long time to wait on elevator especially if you have a stroller baby

The food was excellent, many choices, the staff very helpful and nice, anything you need you will find, with great variety, wherever you are, at anytime. We were really impressed. It was beyond expectations

There’s nothing we didn’t like, we had an amazing holiday. We will come back God willing, and we’ll recommend it to our friends.

Poor

Hotel is beautiful, pools and rooms are great. But even if we paid all amount of money, they didnt see that when we arrive the hotel. Sowe had a big problem on check-in and the staff was very rude at the beginning. This is our second holiday in this property but this one was a bit of a disappointment. But i have to say that animation team and restaurant, bar team were awesome.

Cleanliness was poor, especially bathrooms and toilets. Check in/out staffs have a communication problem and they cant solve the problems quickly.
