Clean like in the shower plug holes.

Location excellent,
Locating keys and appartment a real pain, rang hello host to get more details instuctions of where to find keys, could be easier I'm sure to sort out, as the Oaks hotel does not look after or have anything to do with the private appartments in there complex they also were not interested in our plight.
The appartment is getting a bit tired and could do with some maintenance doing.
Wasn't happy to discover hello host also charged for accommodation, but after several phone calls did remembused my money into my account, but that did take some time.

The ease of walking to restaurants, cafes etc. Tram to the city was minutes away. People in general were just so friendly .
Minor irritation but the best side tables were far to big and occluded the wardrobe door opening , which in turn meant you could not pull out the drawers . The towels were so thin and a bit grey. The furnishings all looking a bit tired

It was an exceptional holiday that my husband and I will remember forever. We did enjoy our time there . Everything was as expected . The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and enjoyable. Even collecting the keys was not as hard as some people mentioned at all . It was very easy , you just need to follow the detailed steps given to you .
Actually there was nothing to complain about . May be they should have a bigger fridge because we could not fit our stuff in the fridge and some of them has gone bad and we had to threw it away . May be add a coffee machine to the kitchen will be a nice catch .

The water view and the location. Very handy to tram and bus routes. Glenelg was a beautiful coastal town and very handy to restaurants, small eateries and supermarkets. It was a great walk along the foreshore. Super relaxing holiday.
The lack of communication prior to our check in to make sure I had the details of a locked box which was off site. It was a drama because I had very little power left on my phone and found it frustrating because I couldn't open the link they sent me to download drivers license and credit card so I was unable to get the details of locked box and room key. This was a time waster for about two hours. This could all have been avoided if it was proof of identity was asked a month beforehand then they could have sent me all of the details 1/2 hour before check in.

the location
It wasn’t cleaned that well prior to our arrival.. the stove top hadn’t been cleaned and actually had food caked on it.. which I cleaned.. the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while also

View was great and very comfortable. Good to have several dishwashing tablets provided for the dishwasher.
The cutlery and frypan need to be upgraded. The TV could also be a little bit bigger.

Great location - even with the sand dredging at the time, we had full beach frontage views. Fom our balcony, we watched a seal swim past, heading towards the jetty, which was a thrill. So many wonderful eating options within a short walking distance too. Would definitely recommend.
Not too much to complain about, except for the modular lounge, which was quite uncomfortable. The bed made up for it - very comfy. The layout of the bedroom made it difficult to manoeuvre luggage to the robe space - a minor inconvenience. The provision of a map instead/accompanying the complex written instructions regarding car park location & key lockbox (at a separate location) would be extremely helpful too!

The location was great
We had trouble knowing what was going on going from one building to the other getting keys

The view is amazing.
The building isn't that well labelled for key collection, we were looking in the wrong building.

Location
Sign in and collection of keys was a total disaster, no clear instructions as to how to operate the cooktop. Would definitely book through the hotel next time. So disappointed.

Location fabulous!
Furniture could do with an update. Not very comfortable.

Fantastic location and included Netflix.
Staff for the property were great with communication.
Didn’t have a coffee machine! For the amount your paying, they should at least buy and Aldi coffee machine.
Unfortunately we did have guest 2 balconies over, that were too noisy at 3:00am.

The view was amazing, sunset was beautiful and bed was very comfortable a very much relaxing break.

Location was great. Close to everything. Would be happy to stay again.
Dryer was out of service which made laundry difficult to dry. Was unable to leave luggage at reception on checkout day because the room was booked privately. Somewhere to leave luggage would be nice.

The location was great right on the beach lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance
Being there for 10 days I would have like additional towels
