Great place for families with small children.

The location is great. The villas are surrounded by Pinus trees which make for a nice shadow. The beach is super close and toddler appropriate. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The kitchen stove is hard to use (only two hotplates with limited power) and allows for simple meals only. The restaurant 7seas is not worth the money - the staff is slow, brusque, the food average at best.

Piękna zieleń, ciekawy design.

Obiekt jest pięknie położony i otoczony bardzo zadbana zielenią zarówno naturalną jak i sztucznie zasadzaną, piękne ozdobne trawy i krzewy. Oczywiście wiąże się to z obecnością przeróżnych stawonogów (najgorsze pareczniki) - celowo nie wpisuje tego w wady, bo wiąże się to z lokalizacją w ich naturalnym habitacie, więc decydując się na Ville w zieleni trzeba mieć tego świadomość. Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem przez booking. Pomocni. Nasza villa byla dwupiętrowa, co było bardzo praktyczne i wygodne. Przede wszystkim było czysto a to wielki plus. Parter: to aneks z salonem i WC. Dwie lodówki, duży stół, wygodne szerokie krzesła, aneks z dość dobrym wyposażeniem. Wszystko czyste. Bez śladów pleśni - to ponownie wielki plus przy takiej wilgoci w powietrzu. Piętro: to dwie sypialnie (łóżka wygodne, czyste) i łazienka z prysznicem (tutaj niestety minus opisany poniżej). Sam wystrój - kwestia gustu, nam się podobało. Taras - ogrodzony, zacieniony, wygodny, bardzo przyjemny. Dostępna suszarka do ubrań. Wyznaczone miejsce garażowe koło villi - wielki plus.

-Brak zamka w drzwiach wyjściowych. -Brak zmywarki. -Chlapiący kran po całym blacie kuchennym. -Mała i bardzo słabo jakościowo wykończona łazienka (kabina prysznicowa, słuchawka prysznicowa), dziwna farba imitująca beton?, która wygląda bardzo nieestetycznie. Podciekające drzwi i ściana - przy tej cenie powinno to być usunięte i naprawione na przyjazd gości. - Brak moskitiery w oknie łazienkowym. - Wg mnie bardzo nieprzyjazne dla oka obrazy - w jednej z sypialni postać kobiety o bardzo niepokojącym kształcie kończyn - wprowadza to raczej klimat niepokoju, strachu, niż ukojenia i spokoju.

Beautiful resort close to the beach

The resort grounds have been planted with a beautiful garden. The apartments have been well-designed and the resort is almost seamlessly integrated in the town and the promenade next to the beach. We liked having a playground suitable for small children close tongue apartment and fun activities for the children in the resort.

It would have been nice if the doors inside the apartment had keys and if you could close the apartment door from the inside (to stop the baby from leaving the room or the apartment)

Peaceful and naturally comfortable

It's definitely a place to stay. An immersion in the best possible nature: seafront, surrounded by polite neighborhood, excellent for bike tours, running, and many other sports you might desire to engage with large offer of restaurants just at walking distance along the coast.

Everything was OK, the village was fully booked and we didn't face any troubles.

Nice place located in a forest, the house is ideal for a family. Location is excellent.

Nice house in an excellent location close to the shore, parking right in front of the house, large terrace. Nice people at the reception. Beds are extremely comfortable.

- There's no cupboard or coat hanger on the ground floor, you have to store all your stuff in the bedrooms. This is probably not an issue in the summer, but we visited in April when the weather was still quite cold and it's a little weird to carry your coats to the bedroom on first floor anytime you come home. - Upon arrival we found some trash on the floor behind the curtain. - No dishwasher, no washing machine. - If you have a pet, you pay an extra fee of 25 EUR/Day which is quite steep, and it's not too obvious when you do the booking. But maybe it is somewhere in the fine print. - You also pay a small extra fee for parking, which is also not obvious when booking.

Location is exceptional. Parking place near reception when you arrive. Peace. Birds. Trees. Sea view. All that experienced in first minute.

Dishwasher will be nice to have in the kitchen.

Great stay other than the bugs!

The location was perfect. We booked an excursion right at the reception desk. The obstacle course was nice, and there were lots of things for kids.

The grounds aren’t maintained well. We had a group of 4 villas, and 2 of them had ant and insect problems.

Great accomodation. Recommended with pet too.

Excellent location, the apartement was very clean and nice.. We went with our rough collie dog, the accomodation was perfect for her too. Teh ereceptionist was very kind.

We would got some written information about the avalable programme and available restaurants, gyms....etc.

The villas look beautiful, the terrace is great. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating!!

Didn’t find the rooftop terrace to be worth it. Pet prices are ridiculously high. Otherwise great!

The villa was according to the offer, the accessories and service were good. Staff was helpful and gives detailed information about local programs and attractions. The environment is beautiful, the seaside is nearby the villas. We spend a few days with children at an apartment and we trully recommend accommodation for families.

Villas are in great condition, i love ACs in both floors, bed is comfortable, kitchen is useful and the Terrace is nice. The whole area is clean and nice. It is for families, not for being loud. We love that the place is dog friendly. I would highly compliment the staff. They are super nice and helpful.

We were in windy time. And the terrace is totally open (from sides too), so it is not useful if it is a windy season.

Customer service 10+

Wow, what a service! The customer service was 10+: speedy communication, kind and very customer oriented service. Word "no" was not part of a vocabulary! We got early check-in, late check-out and upgrade as they had a possibility to do it at low season. This type of flexibility always adds up to the customer satisfaction. Villa was clean, fairly well equipped (as for preparing your own meals the cooking facilities are perhaps more for breakfast preperations) We were pretty much the only guests at the villa area so it was really serene, however, that might be quite the opposite at the high season. Each villa seems to have 2 designated parking spots. Price-quality ratio (off season) was 10+! Location is basically at the beach bulevard and the Njivice restaurants are at walking distance.

We loved everything, however, we considered that our 6 persons villa is better suited for max. 4 persons as 2 people would need to sleep in the commin area which again is more suitable for max. 4 persons
