Hidden little gem

This little gem is located in the heart of Old Pansano, with nearby parking and an easy walk to restaurants. The room was nice, with a little Juliet balcony that overlooked the back garden. Our host was kind and helpful. Thanks to his recommendation, we "begged" our way into dinner at Dario Cecchini's (if you don't know who he is, look it up and reserve before you get there!). I wish we'd had more than one night at Casa Volpini.

Perfect stay in pretty Panzano

Great location, with lots of eateries steps away including the Dario restaurants. Very quiet and breathtaking view from our room. Air conditioner worked wonderfully. Coffee machine, sweets and water a nice touch. Bathroom newly renovated. Loved it!

Nice place and restaurants and bar close by.

Super nice room and easy to access from the street. The room had a very nice view and it had AirCon that was very nice during the hot night. Bathroom was great and new.

The perfect spot to stay in the centre of Panzano

A perfect location for what we needed! We were having lunch at Antica Macelleria Cecchini (Dario’s) and as the drive was a five hour round trip (yes, it’s THAT good!) we decided to stay. Casa Volpini is steps away from where we were having lunch, literally in the piazza! We had the BEST view from our balcony - absolutely gorgeous!

The wifi - I didn’t use it in the end, but to be fair, we were warned it wasn’t great already! Apart from that, all was fine and comfortable.

An excellent B&B in the centre of Panzano

Everything about our stay was really good. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we made arrangements to arrive early as we were going for lunch at Dario's restaurant. The hosts aren't at the property so you do need a prearranged check in time. The property is right on the main square in Panzano and there is free public parking nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent modern bathrooms. The shared guest lounge is also very good, with plenty of seating. We were staying there with friends so had the house to ourselves which was lovely. I would certainly book again.

Excellent location for our short visit plans. We had the balcony room which afforded us a good view of the country side. Pleasant staff helpful getting us checked in and unloading bags. Room and public areas very clean.

Wifi strong in public area but weak or nonexistent in our room. That said we find that the norm in many small, rural Italian lodging facilities.

Perfect for a one night stay

Very clean room and good location, easy to check-in independently with instructions, even though would’ve been nice to meet the owner.

Coffee machine did not work, but that’s a minor detail. Slightly overpriced, as it is just an apartment room without breakfast.
