mixed bag

location was great, very clean having been refurbished ,plenty of sunbeds at this time of year ,furniture around hotel appears excellent quality...food good something for everyone

seemed u finished in places think opened too soon being woke up by building work at 830 below me fitting exterior doors to store / access room 2 days running( mon tues)hammer drills and hammering we were in 2217 pointless putting do not disturb signs on door after having late nights out ... only had 5 nights and had to get up early 3 times 2 for as above and one to return home so not much of a chill out break , ,extractor fan missing from ceiling in room they fixed that ,drawer runners missing in one bedside drawer,this fell out on my foot you can see where runners should be fitted but looked like they had just attached couple of strips of wood to try and keep drawer in place, intermittent leaking from ceiling onto bathroom mirror glass not a massive fan of soft square cushions and no tea or coffee facilities in my room which wasnt avstandard room ....all above reported including early morning wake ups were mentioned but no one still had decency to contact me after notes supposedly left for manager as requested by myself

Muy decepcionante

Lo mejor del hotel es que por ñas noches son cenas temáticas y no se te hace aburrido el bufet. La ubicacion es buena estas en el paseo maritimo y a 5mnt de Puerto marina. Mi habitacion era la frontal con vistas al mar , tiene un suplemento y es mas grande que las normales

Sin ninguna duda es qje ahora el acceso que da al paseo maritimo lo cierran por la noche, y no lo tienen señalizado en ningun sitio y tienes que dar una pedazo de vuelta, iba al hotel por esa comodidad es mas era mi 6 vez en el hotel pero ya no volvere a ir.. las instalaciones ya estan viejas,el día de entrada tuvimos problemas con las puertas de las habitaciones teniendo que ir varias veces a recepción.. la verdad este año me ha decepcionado bastante. Muy lento el chekin

Todo. Las instalaciones están genial, la animación es muy buena, la comida del buffet de muy buena calidad y variada y la ubicación es inmejorable. Las piscinas geniales. La habitacion y el baño amplios.

Por ponerle un pero... que no tenga la opción de todo incluido.

Penoso

Trato para los pequeños de casa.

La habitación un desastre, todo sucio como recién terminado sin limpiar las camas o colchones malisimo no se descansa., el baño penoso sucio, techo agujereado con goteras la papelera de pedal rota, el rociador de la ducha apenas sale agua , parece atascado, lamentable de verdad.

Great place

Everything is new and nicely designed, clean. The food was superb, every dish or fruit was tasty. Really loved the place.

The hotel is designed to be accessible for people with mobility problems or parents with prams, and that's really great. What's not great is that you get to be walking quite long distances in a maze of elevating/descending open corridors. And it is impossible to avoid them as there are no shortcuts, so it gets really annoying sometimes.

Excelentes instalaciones y un personal de 10

El hotel está en primera línea de playa. Tras la reforma las zonas comunes han mejorado muchísimo. La piscina infantil es estupenda para los más pequeños. La comida excelente y la atención de todo el personal del hotel es lo mejor sin ninguna duda! Totalmente recomendable!! Volveremos sin dudarlo!!

Por poner alguna pega, no nos gustó lo de la "cocina en directo". Tener que esperar cola para que cocinen la comida en el instante en que se pide nos pareció un poco latoso. Además deberían señalizar mejor la entrada al parking. Nosotros no sabíamos si estaba ya disponible o no, y tuvimos que dar varias vueltas hasta que finalmente tuvimos que aparcar en otro sitio porque no sabíamos como acceder a él.

Desastre

La ubicación en primera línea de playa. La habitación tenía muy buenas vistas al mar.

El hotel está siendo reformado, aún le queda mucho. Un caos para encontrar la habitación y el restaurante. Largas colas en el desayuno. Dos días llegué a la habitación a las 16 horas y todavía no habían limpiado la habitación.

HOTEL REFORMADO AL MILÍMETRO

Me gustó todo. El hotel está reformado entero. Es una pasada. Recomendable 100x100. El personal del hotel (todos), muy amables y atentos, de 10. Sin ninguna duda, volveré.

Hay algunas cositas aún sin acabar, pero no afectan para el funcionamiento del hotel. De hecho el personal está trabajando a full para terminar esas pequeñas cositas q faltan. En unos días estará todo perfecto.

Hotel abierto al público antes de tiempo, sin terminar la reforma

La ubicación

Que estuviera el hotel abierto, sin poder ofrecer los servicios habituales por no estar terminada la reforma. Obreros picando a las 8 de la mañana, servicio de limpieza llamando a la puerta a las 8.15 por no tener los carteles de pasar o no pasar a la habitación, atravesar estancias largas sin luz por las noches, han dejado sin reformar lo más importante, desde algunas habitaciones hay que recorrer unos 400 metros y utilizar dos ascensores distintos para poder acceder a la cafetería, la piscina y comedor varias veces al día. Tener que perseguir al servicio de limpieza de habitaciones para reponer gel de ducha, champús y café. Por no hablar de la limpieza de las habitaciones que dejaba mucho que desear y los teléfonos para llamar desde la habitación sin funcionar. En tres ocasiones que tuvimos que llamar a recepción, lo tuvimos que hacer desde nuestros teléfonos móviles.

Viešbutis naujai atrestauruotas, nauji baldai; didelė ir graži teritorija; viešbutis ant jūros kranto, palei jūrą pasivaikščiojimui skirta promenada; šalia viešbučio autobusų stotelė - geras susisiekimas su miesto centru; viešbutyje nuostabus maistas.

Vykome 2024 m.birželio 13-23 d. tai viešbutis buvo nepasiruošęs sezono atidarymui (blogai veikė liftai arba išvis neveikė, koridoriuose nesutvarkytas apšvietimas, pirmą savaitę kambariai buvo valomi kas 3 dienas, kitą savaitę tvarkingai - kiekvieną dieną; balkone stovėjo tik stalas, nebuvo sėdėjimui skirtų kėdžių, tad nešėmės iš kambario minkštus fotelius; balkone nėra džiovyklos, tad drabužius džiovinome tiesiog ant stalo; vonios kambary nebuvo stiklinių; viešbutis didelis ir neaiškus patekimas į kambarius - mes ir kiti viešbučio gyventojai po koridorius vaikščiojo kaip labirintuose). Gyvenome kambaryje su vaizdu į jūrą ir miestą, tai vakarais sklido restoranų triukšmas, tad kas nori ramybės - geresni kambariai su vaizdu į baseino teritoriją). Kando uodai, tad reikia vežtis ar pirktis purškiklius nuo uodų (šios informacijos neskelbė viešbutis)!!!

De los mejores hoteles de la zona (dentro de un año)

Súper hotel en proceso de finalización. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, modernas. Buffet muy completo. Muy céntrico en Benalmádena, al lado del puerto y en primera línea de playa. Las piscinas perfectas para niños y adultos. Trabajadores muy atentos.

Aún está en proceso de finalización, hay aún mucho por acabar. Ascensores fallan continuamente, no había tronas para bebés en el comedor, un poco sucio en general por las obras. La animación escasa aún. Todo muy en pruebas.

We tried to make the best of a really bad situation, but this hotel should NOT be open

This hotel is going to be really good, BUT it should not be open, some areas of the hotel are still a building site. Breakfast was good, pool area is nice but not finished, we had the noise of drills and an actual chainsaw, so it was impossible to relax. The views and the location are fantastic, staff as in most places, some great, some good and some requiring a little bit more training, which is to be expected in a newly opening hotel.

This hotel is not finished enough for a soft opening, 3 buildings with only 1 partly finished for accommodation, and even the finished rooms are not up to the required standard, missing furniture, no tv remote, despite paying for a premier room, no kettle, no coffee, no refreshments only 1 chair on the balcony and many more issues. The Best Hotels senior management have made the decision to open this hotel and take your money whilst it not delivering what you paid for, the on site management team are facing large amounts of complaints by unhappy customers, I feel some sympathy for the staff who are working there, I was offered compensation on my first day, which is being processed and I believe it was the best the on site staff could do. However, the central management of Best Hotels should be reaching out to all the holiday makers that have stayed there since its opening as this hotel has not delivered the holiday experience it promises, as it stands today, this hotel is not fit for purpose.

Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel.

Gorgeous hotel inside and out, great location. Staff were all so friendly.

Only downside was it is unfinished but this didn’t affect my holiday. When complete this will be some hotel, will definitely go back to experience.

Misschien een goed hotel als het afgewerkt is.

Eten was zeer gevarieerd en goed. Voldoende ligbedden aan het zwembad.

Hotel was niet klaar voor opening. Slechts 1 zitje op het balkon. Badkamer niet ok, geen glas om je tanden te poetsen, sommige doosjes met toiletartikelen waren leeg. Er waren geen kleerhangers aanwezig in de kledingkast.

Recomendable, volveremos

La situación del hotel es inmejorable, en primera línea de playa, junto al paseo marítimo, muy cerca del puerto. Las habitaciones son grandes, con camas cómodas y buen aire acondicionado. La ducha tiene buen caudal de agua. Tiene dos piscinas, de cloración salina, con temperatura muy agradable y tumbonas en abundancia. El buffet de desayuno, comida y cena es extraordinario. Hay mucha variedad de platos, guarniciones, frutas, postres... En el desayuno hacen en la plancha tortitas y tortillas. Siempre hay un plato de cuchara, arroces, la plancha funciona sin parar y además hay perritos y hamburguesas, para que cada uno lo componga a su gusto. Reponen continuamente, incluso cuando casi termina el horario. Hay cenas temáticas varias veces a la semana: México, Oriente, España, Marruecos... donde además del buffet ofrecen platos como sushi, kebab o cochinillo asado. El personal es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar, tanto en recepción como en el comedor o las piscinas.

Hay pocos ascensores para la cantidad de habitaciones, siempre había que esperar un montón o subir por las escaleras (si la habitación no está en pisos altos, claro). Fuimos en agosto, imagino que en otra temporada se nota menos. Se veía falta de limpieza en las escaleras. Los pasillos de las plantas tenían moqueta, imagino que irán renovando lo que falta. Había muy poca luz en el baño.

A great stay!

The hotel was clean and the stuff were friendly. The food had a good variety and we enjoyed all our meals there. There were always enough free sundebs beside the pool. Overall a very good experience!

The hotel had two elevators but often only one was working and thus the waiting time was very long and annoying. In september there were not evening activities for kids anymore.

Super location good outdoor facilities including two pools. Friendly efficient staff rooms kept spotlessly clean. Buffet meals cater for a variety ot tastes the food is varied and well presented. The Hotel caters for all ages and provides activities for young and old.

Fantastic pool !

The pool areas were fantastic, great location , right by the beach. Excellent buffet for breakfast and luckily we had a balcony with a sea view....although others were not so lucky !

There were only a few hours a day to change the pool towels over , 10.00-11.30 and 15.00-16.30.. The jacuzzi was an additional charge....not specified on booking.com. it was 12€ as you had to buy a one hour pass to the spa. You needed to use your room card to get back into the hotel gate from the beach. The card reader did not always work and we and others were stuck outside waiting at times for others to let us back in.

Accessibility for mobility issues difficult as hotel pool is 2 floors below reception and not all lifts in the hotel reach this level. Small pool unclean.
