Cozy and value for money

Central location , Quick Check In and friendly staff. Offers basic breakfast. We stayed for 2 days and loved it

Rooms are average size, Could use kettle, coffee , tea in the room. No English channels on YB

Very comfortable and luxurious

The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast offered a huge variety of cold and warm options, and the pool is very big (perfect for your morning swim!).

They could be a bit faster cleaning up the tables during breakfast, outside half of the tables were free, however none of them were cleaned up yet.

Loved the friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious and varied every day. I liked the comfy beds and the room is cleaned every day if you want the housekeeping to do it for you. Surrounded by plenty of bars and options to eat. Very close to the main locations in Miraflores and felt very safe there.

The room had a window that offered a beautiful view towards the nearest house wall which made the room dark all day.

Perfect except for the bar noise

I wish I could give it a 10 rating! The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and well-located. HOWEVER, I cannot ignore the fact that it's located right next to a bar and there was very loud music playing until 5am. It was very hard to get some sleep until then. I guess some rooms are better than others, in that aspect, but some noise-cancelling efforts could be made.

The hotel was in general clean, the staff most of them very friendly unfortunately the bed where we slept was much less

We loved the location and the place was ok.

Value for money

It is in the center of Miraflores and everything is really close by. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and there was warm water in the shower. We stayed two times, the 2nd time we requested a quiet room and they were happy to help us. Also leaving early in the morning we got some breakfast at our room. The breakfast the first time was adequate and was fulfilling

A bit the sound from a nearby club but we were aware. Make sure to ask a quiet room beforehand if you need some rest.

The facilities did not answer what was stated in booking.com - no wheelchair person facilities

The room was not wheelchair accessible although I explicitly requested such and it was pointed in booking.com so. The bathroom was with a very narrow door and the wheelchair could not enter it so my husband could not use the bathroom at all

The staff was very nice, but just as a tip, the staff at night doesn't speak English so try to arrive earlier if you don't speak any Spanish,. The beds are super comfy and the location is perfect if you want to go out at night!

I would have loved it if the thermos that is in the room was actually filled with hot water 😂 (=complaining on a high level)

The staff was wonderful and spoke good English, very nice and helpful. The room was big and clean.

Due to its close proximity to the night life it was a little loud in the night, but we are deep sleepers so it didn't bother us much.

Breakfast was very good, and the bad extremely comfy. The room was nice as well, with double windows so not too cold at night.

The wifi in the room was not working. I was very surprised, given the standard of the hotel.

Very comfy bed for a good price in a greta location!

Location is very good and the online price is a good deal. Nice people working at reception and very comfy beds!

Some issues with the room. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the aircon located outside during the night. Sleeping with the window open wasnt working due to this. If you're going to book the hotel, ask for a room higher up. Also flickering lights in our room (204) and the toiletseat was loose. No real big issues, especially for the price you pay and the location, but it had to be mentioned.

We got free lunch and dinner during the curfew, internet was OK, decent price and location

The breakfast was quite bad, but might be because of covid and the lockdowns, nobody spoke English, they couldn't exchange money even though they advertised for it
