I’m sorry we didn’t get to meet you but your niece and nephew were great. They showed us all around and explained everything we needed to know. We had an amazing time at your home. I would recommend staying there to anyone that ask.
Thank you again.

Overall we would stay here again: Vico Equense is a gem of a location, away from the tourist noise, local with its own beach which was clean and right down the road. Fabio was amazing and set up both van service from Rome to the destination and back again for a party of 7, and also a full day boat tour of capri and Amalfi coast: the pier is right down the road from the house so it was easy, I can’t say enough good things about Fabio!

We loved the property! All of the rooms were put together so nicely and made us feel very at home. The terrace on the roof was our favorite spot and has an amazing view. Fabio and all his family that greeted us were extremely kind and gracious. We could not have found a better place to stay. We would love to come back again in the future!

We were a large group of 9 and rented all three apartments which was more than enough space for us to spread out (we had a hard time finding a rental with at least 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so this was perfect). Fabio provided excellent communication and was so helpful setting up transportation for us to and from Naples as well as two private boat rentáis to Capri and the Amalfi coast. Those were definitely relaxing highlights after the busyness of Rome! Fabio was unable to meet us at check in, but his charming nephew provided us a warm welcome and tour of the surrounding area. The house is a very short walk to wonderful restaurants, a small public beach, and the marina. It was a little challenging figuring out how to get to the town center to catch the train (not quite as walkable as I had thought), but we only needed to do that one day. I am already missing the rooftop where we ended each night with beautiful views!

Fabio was a great host. He greeted us and gave us the lay of the land, showing us around the house and the little town. He left some drinks and food to get us started and even set us up with a local boat company for private boat rentals to/around Capri.
Our group visited many nearby towns (Amalfi, Capri, Sorrento and Positano) and we all agreed that we preferred Vico Equense to all of them. It wasn’t crowded and we had everything we needed in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is improving the WiFi (I’m not sure if this is the house, location of the world or number of people using it…we had 19 people staying there).

Enjoyed staying at Fabio’s house. He was very responsive and eager to help. The house has many levels and can accommodate a large group.

The property is just as described. It has a rustic charm which is exactly as we had hoped. The town was quaint but with excellent restaurants and even multiple michelin star restaurants for those who want a world class dining experience.

Great location to sea and close to town and train. Buses and Taxis are a bit challenging to get at times. Views from the rooftop level were are favorite!

If you are debating staying in Vico Equense or some of the larger Amalfi coast towns, don’t hesitate! We were 3 families traveling from the US and the three apartments were perfect for what we needed. The waterfront is a 2 minute walk with plenty of quaint restaurants and quiet streets, the view from the roof top was stunning. Take advantage of Fabio’s many contacts and hire Alex to drive you anywhere you need to go, Additionally if you want to visit Amalfi, Capri or any other local hot spots, Fabio can give you the name of a boat charter that leaves right from the water front. There is a train stop about a 10-15 minute walk that will take you directly to Pompeii as well.
Fabio and Giselle were the warmest and friendliest VRBO hosts we have ever had, I don’t know when we’ll be fortunate to return, but I’ll be dreaming about this trip and this stunning location until then.

Beautiful spacious home for our large group

Our vacation was at its highest high because we had an amazing beautiful villa who hosted 17 of us comfortably. Every person had a pillow to rest their heads and a bed to rejuvenate their soul for our next excursion. The villa was very clean and had all the westernized accommodations you’d have back home. Great location if your visiting Capri, Sorrento. Amalfi coast, Positano Pompei , and Naples. Very safe

This was the perfect place for our group of 12. Plenty of room in a very unique villa. We loved the rooftop and the outdoor cooking area. When we first got there we were nervous about how we would get around the area. Bruno, Fabio's nephew was great and showed us around the Marina and town. We felt very comfortable and safe in the villa. The only thing that I would have liked would be better hot water supplies for the shower. Fabio is a fantastic host. He made suggestions for restaurants, he set up our boat trip to Capri with a private boat and skipper, he also arranged transportation for our large group for the next part of our trip to Rome. We loved the small town around the marina. I highly recommend this villa in Vico Equense for a truly authentic and non-touristy experience.

Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay here very much! The location is less than a mile from the train station which will take you quickly (10 minutes) into Sorrento, where you can catch a ferry to any village on the Amalfi Coast.
In addition, it's only a 5 minute walk down to the harbor where you can get a meal on the waterfront. We also visited the small camp store down at the harbor where we were able to get staples (coke, cookies, etc.).
Overall, a great choice if you want to be near the Amalfi Coast without having to drive to it!
We definitely recommend this place!

Owner (Fabio) was very responsive from start to finish and very helpful providing local information and details. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The roof terrazza has an incredible view with great sunsets. We would love to come back here someday!

We loved our stay in Vico Equense. The property was modern and clean. Fabio’s nephew met us and have a most gracious tour of the town and apartments. They could not have been nicer people. Perfect location for scenic dinners and boating to Capri.

My family and I so enjoyed our holiday at this lovely property. This house is well situated in an intimate seaside village with easy access to public transport and local restaurants. We felt safe "at home" and throughout the community. The home itself perfectly suited our group of seven with comfy beds and beautiful living spaces. We had room to gather when we wanted and space for individual privacy as well. We especially enjoyed the spectacular sunsets and vistas from the balconies and the rooftop patio. The owners have furnished the property to a high standard and have equipped it with every convenience and comfort. They graciously arranged transport during our stay and gave us great recommendations for local events, sightseeing and shopping. We would enthusiastically recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable base for exploring Naples, Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

As a group of 5 couples, travelling with one offspring, we booked all 3 apartments in this villa. Our hosts made us very welcome, taking time to collect us from the station, entertain us on the roof terrace (with fabulous views across to Vesuvius) and show us the nearby amenities - a short walk away. The property is very well equipped with beautiful bright colours throughout. We felt very at home. We enjoyed the relatively quiet location with easy proximity to the trainline linking Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento...(as long as you don't mind walking uphill to reach the station). Thoroughly recommend this property. It is a true gem and we hope to return one day.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. Fabio and his sister, Rosa, were the perfect hosts, showing us the town and helping to plan excursions. This is a beautiful property right near the beach and docks and easily accessible to naples and the whole Amalfi Coast. It was a wonderful find and we couldn’t be happier with the place or service. Thank you!

We wanted to explore the Amalfi Coast area of Italy and decided on this villa because it had 3 beds, 2baths for a very reasonable price. It exceeded our expectations! The villa has remained in the family and its lovingly maintained. It’s well appointed for what you need during your stay. We were warmly greated by a family member who had chilled sparkling wine, fresh local apricots and wine biscuits which we enjoyed on the terrace deck overlooking the all the views at sunset! We were ideally located to get to all the local beautiful Amalfi Coast and surrounding areas. The home is also detailed on the handpainted ceramic tilesfrom the region.Highly recommend! For an genuine lovely stay!

My family, 6 adults, 3 children, and 1 baby, had a tremendous stay here. Fabio and Gisella were perfect hosts. Fabio greeted our stay with champagne and even put some provisions in the refrigerator for us. The two apartments we rented were beautiful and even nicer than what you see in the pictures. We enjoyed hanging out on the roof top deck and seeing a beautiful sunset every night. Fabio and Gisella, Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and being such gracious hosts.

This group of 3 connected apartments was excellent for our family of 10 (ages 18 to 65) in the bay of Naples (Vico Equense). It is a quiet town but has enough eating accomodations and basic groceries to be comfortable and you can easily visit Sorrento and Pompeii by train. We also hired a private van to take us to Positano with no issue at all. Fabio was a very kind and gracious host. He met us at the Circumvesuviana train stop and drove all of us and all of our bags to the house so we did not have to make the walk down the hill our first time there. The property was nicely laid out and had a nice back yard to relax in and a rooftop which is highly recommended for unwinding in the evening as the sun is going down. However, only one apartment has access to the rooftop I believe just fyi. I would definitely stay here again and I can highly recommend it for any group that wants to relax and have space and privacy! It was great!
