Soggiorno romantico al lago

Accoglienza professionale, camera con vista bellissima sul lago, letto comodo ma con due materassi, televisore grande, frigorifero piccolo ma sufficiente, bagno con doccia e fon a parete. Camera abbastanza insonorizzata ma io uso i tappi per dormire come abitudine... I vicini di stanza avevano un cane ma molto educato, non l'ho mai sentito. Ristorante con menù alla carta: 5 primi, 5 secondi, 3 dessert. Pietanze buone. Servizio molto lento (un' ora tra una portata e l'altra) ma mancava personale. La colazione del mattino seguente invece tutti super efficienti (addirittura 4 cameriere). Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta dolce e salata, succhi, caffè, cappuccini ecc dalla macchinetta. Ottimi croissant e dolcetti. Locale pulito con vetrata con vista panoramica sul lago. C'è una piscina all' aperto ma non è ancora stagione per usufruirne. Comunque tutto bene

Sala ristorante leggermente fredda. Materasso matrimoniale unico sarebbe stato meglio

Dont stay here if you like good service and a well run hotel

The lake backdrop and views.

poorly run & rundown hotel, this was not a pleasant stay and was our worst hotel experience of travelling 3500km around Europe. First off, I’m not a complainer and waited to hear back from the manager regarding my stay, however the main person whom i wished to complain about, Sabrina, conveniently did the ‘investigating’ and found no problem or poor service admission and ignored all follow up requests to be put i to contact with the hotel manager. So to sum up our stay; we arrived and we asked receptionist Sabrina, if we needed to Book a table, Sabrina informed us we did not need to. We arrived at the restaurant and were told by a staff member that there was a german coach trip in and that we would have to wait till they were served. A little upset by this, we said ok as long as it wasn’t an hour wait. We ordered a drink, it did not arrive, i had to ask a further THREE times to 3 different staff and waited over 30 minutes to arrive. We also had to wait an hour till we could order food, due to the prioritisation of the German bus trip! Food finally arrived and the food was of low quality, then the young waiter smashed Our carafe of beer. We attempted several times to complain to Sabrina at reception but the desk was not manned, the time Sabrina WAS at reception in the evening, Sabrina was too busy flirting with who seemed to be her boyfriend To attend to guests. Again we attempted to raise this to Sabrina in the morning, however she was too busy laughing and joking with the same boy who was not staff, from the previous evening so we left. In addition to the poor service, the air-conditioning did not work, the shower doors were hanging off their runners, we had to hold them on whilst we showered & the wall hairdryer instantly smoked & burnt; very dangerous and concerning, see photos.

The reception had unfriendly staff who refused to change the room, which faced the parking lot and the wall (large hotel complex and off-season). The heating switch was broken in the room, so we had to change to another room. The rooms are small

Excellent room, great breakfast and welcoming staff.

The staff was very welcoming. Getting to the hotel was fairly easy with good parking facilities. There is a short distance to the lake within 40 min by walk or few minutes by car. The views are superb especially on a clear day. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and quiet with a balcony and a great view of the lake at a distance. The door to the terrace had adjustable loovers to enable complete blackout even if there is sunshine outside. Great for an afternoon nap or late wakeup in the morning.

Guarda Garda, che bello posto.

Everything was good. Breakfast was great, beds were great. View was amazing, although it didn't have the mountain view you can have in limone (because of the bigger mountains making contrast) it was still very satysfing. The suggestion of portec restaurant near, was amazingly good for a very cheap prize.

Nothing that I remember.

The view is fantastic. Onsite restaurant is excellent and the prices are very good!

tip: there is a night and day difference between the rooms in the old building (without lake view) and new building (with lake view and balconies). Upgrading to lake view room is a must, these rooms are better in all regards: fantastic view, balcony, kitchenette, better shower, better overall condition, higher ceilings, etc. Thankfully they had availability, it cost us extra $15 per day - totally worth it.

great place to stay, quite cheap comp

great view, as it can be seen in the pictures, breakfast is good with fresh fruit salad etc. (recommendation to use the right coffee machine though), rooms are big and quite fine, the furniture isn't of too much quality probably, but from my side that's not really important.

the room where I spent the first night had a broken door in the shower, so wasn't really able to close it. The second night I spent in another room where everything was fine.

The sight from the restaurant terrace to the lake is incredible. The food quality served in the restaurant is perfect! The common areas, the pool and the surroundings are nice.

The room was pretty small. If you open the balcony door you can not move in the room. The curtain and the wall was dirty. The air condition was loud. The room overlooking to the lake was not looking to the lake... See picture.

Not what we expected. Not bad but not great for the price

The location and view are great. The staff is very Freindly. Breakfast is good.

The room was very small. We had a double bed with two mattresses. One normal and one with springs pooking in my back. Also it was very noisy hotel. A lot of parking spaces but you had to be lucky to get a parkingspot.

Absolutely just great.

Everything was absolutely perfect. This place is so great. Nice location, nice views, nice facilities, nice all. We would certainly love to come back. Among the best places, we ever were.

Old and dirty

Two good things about this hotel is lake view and pool

Old and dirty rooms. When we came we asked to clean our room, because there was a lot of dust on the floors and hotel workers pretended to clean it but they did nothing. If you put something on the shelfs it gets dirty from dust too. So rooms are far away from that what they show in the photos. Breakfast is poor. Walking to the lake is too far to walk on foot. I am attaching a photo of what the floor was like when we arrived.

Breakfast just ok with fruit cut several hours before, not wifi essentially the whole 3 days of our stay (we got 10€ rebate per day, but since we could not work, it helped very little and the response "...well, we can not work at reception either..." No comment

Poor

Employees are super kind and helpful. The view is perfect from the terrace.

it must be renovated asap. Our room did not meet with our expectations. The furnitures looking like chewing toys of a dog. Lunch menu is very boring and tasteless, ordered a snitzel, was chewy and greasy. Hotel needs a lot improvements yet.
