Clean. Beautiful place
Hard bed, old and noise air conditioning, wedding party in the same building (stops at 24:00 at least). No staff around whatsoever.

The location is great. So many places to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The automatic check-in machine worked very well for us. The communal area was very pleasant - so much better than having to spend the whole time in the bedroom.
The kitchen was not really fit for purpose. It consisted of the discarded pieces of an old industrial kitchen - huge under-counter fridge that never went below 9°C, an enormous oven, catering sized grill and a very odd assortment of not very clean accessories. The microwave was a normal size and it worked. There was no hob, but lots of pans to put on one. There was no kettle or other way to boil water for a drink.
The air-con didn't work. The bath was very chipped and shoddily mended. The shower/bath tap had siezed on to shower mode.
With a refit Hotel Caseta Nova could charge a lot more.

Terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. We could not use it at all. Toxic black mold/mould in the bathroom as you can't ventilate the bathroom properly. It is a construction problem so all rooms will be the same or similar. Avoid if you value your health. The location is in the middle of nowhere.

The location was stunning and the hotel was very quaint. The grounds were beautiful just wish it hadn't rained so I could have sat outside with a glass of wine
Nothing, the automatic check-in was a problem but I rang the hotel and within two minutes a really helpful member of staff arrived to sort out the problem

very quiet location. Nice rooms in old manor house.
They have two big conference/party rooms. That can be quite noicy when they are used.

The location was rural and very quiet, about 5 kilometers from the actual town of Caseta, Everyday I rode my bike into town and back to the hotel. The room had shutters so it was dark and easy to sleep at night. It was very clean and rustic.
The lighting in the room was dim, with no reading light on the bedside table. It should be essential that there is a reading light in each room. Also, rubber bathroom slippers should be mandatory in each room, because the bathroom tile floor got very slick and slippery when water sprayed from the shower onto the floor. I found the bathroom tile floor dangerous to walk on when wet.

Nothing, we could not get access as the self check-in would not recognise our Spanish identity. Despite a call to the hotel, we had to abort our stay. We have been speaking to Booking.com continually and this disgusting hotel, that has provided no service is refusing to refund our money 110 euros.
Everything we could not get access as the self check-in would not recognise our Spanish identity. Despite a call to the hotel, we had to abort our stay. Do not book or use this hotel, it was unattended, the place appeared to be closed for winter.

There was nothing to like about this Hotel, it was not as described in the Booking.com listiing.
The hotel claimed to have a kitchen, however there was not sink to wash or prepare the simplest of foods, no sink to clean the dishes after use, or cooking or heating facilities, Grossly over stated and not as described.
The internat did not work in the rooms.
The TV had one single channel with no facility to change channel or a remote to operate it.
The room was as dark as a dungeon with few lights and bulbs with low poer that provided little light.
It was so bad I had to leave after one night despite booking for 5.
Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

it’s a stunning location. it could be fabulous but it needs an overhaul to bring it back up to scratch. The only person that appeared to be on duty was pleasant and helpful.
it bore no resemblance to the web site description. The website needs to be redone to portray as accurately as possible the current state of affairs. There was no fitness centre or bar. There was only a vending machine which wasn’t kept as full as it could be. There were no emergency exits and the windows were barred and very small. The air conditioning unit in the room was faulty and needed the attention of a plumber, it leaked constantly. The lack of personnel was a big drawback.

There was no breakfast available, no restaurant facilities at the hotel at all. No staff, it was a non-personal check-in.
Very impersonal as no staff there.
The room could have been maintained better, although it was clean enough.

I booked this place to take 2 days off and just relax...it was the perfect place for this.. Lovely Location in the middle of nowhere..I like the style of the rooms, made me feel like being in another time zone...
There was no stuff, that's why I can't say anything to it but there was everything I needed xD
Was a pity that the restaurant was closed but around, there are many restaurants, you just need to drive a few minutes...

Beautiful traditional building converted into a hotel in quiet countryside with picturesque lake. Enormous and air conditioned rooms with fridge. Great value.
I think mid week might be fine but we visited at a weekend. Clearly the hotel is targeting event bookings. There were two weddings occurring simultaneously on the day we arrived - the party went on until 4am so we got little sleep. The hotel seems more of a sideline and felt a bit like a Travelodge. The automatic key checkin was fine but frustrating for 2 rooms. The rooms themselves whilst huge and very clean were tired and in need of a revamp - chipped bath, worn out bedcovers etc. If you want food there is a vending machine. We used their recommendation for a takeaway but we waited in for 2 hours and it never came (apparently it did but they couldn't get in and didn't phone us).

beautiful locality, and accomodation. 🤍 rural paradise
the shared Kitchen wasn’t at all what we expected. very small, poor equipment. there wasn’t a normal stove, just an electric portable one.

Well equipped kitchen for self use. Grounds and views oustanding. The hotel steeped in historical mystical charm. Perfect setting to relax. An absolutely delightfully authentic old building, exactly what I would have hoped for in terms of location, decor, room and facilities. The grounds were amazingly well maintained and set out. Perfect accomodation and location for me. Very Spanish, all guests other than me nationals, which was for me a very good sign, perhaps not for everyone, but everything I was looking for.
There are no hotel staff on-site, check in done via machine at front door. Did not accept my legitimate Spanish residency card details. Took an hour to make contact with a human to gain access to property (stuck outside in searing heat). Althouh aware that pets were welcome without charge, I gave the courtesy when booking of advising I was bringing my dog in case it made difference re. room. Was charged axtra 10€ for my dog (2 nights) which can only assume was because thought I was 'dumb' foreigner. A real shame to take advantage for such an small amount, also, such an authentically rustic setting dependent so much on AI technology, just doesn't fit well I feel.

The location suited our needs.
There was no staff at any time
The kitchen facility was very poor and there was no restaurant
The hotel took payment before arrival, despite Bookings.com stated no payment needed, Pay at Property. we wished to pay cash only to find there was no option - would not have booked if known
a disappointing outcome as hotel failed to communicate despite Booking.com contacting them
