There was no fridge in the room, bathroom door wasnt closing , stuff said the maintenance person will cone and fix it but no one came. Room was poorly cleaned. There was no balcony which was mentioned in facility. The front office representative was unable to help with anything, they said that balcony is only in 1room and fridge in another which was already occupied. Its not the hotel and its not worth of money paid.

Uneducated and uneducated staff. They didn't let me into the hotel. We wrote lower prices on the booking and it is more expensive. They asked me for extra money, despite the fact that I entered the room at 1 in the morning and left in the morning. They left me on the street late at night. Report it

Very good

We arrived at 6 am and checked in without problems. Room is spacious and clean enough. We had an issue with shower door – it was broken, but host fixed it in an hour.

The wind constantly blew from the window, so we needed to have ac on.

Nothing... maybe only the size of the room matched the description on the website.

Everything... Upon arrival, I wanted to leave it immediately. No clean and was not cleaned for the week. Everything cheap and old. Don't work with credit cards, no breakfast, very noisy. It's even not close to 3 stars, may be one...

Excellent customer service

Great place in a convenient location close to supermarkets and everything you might need. Reception and housekeeping staff was outstanding, going out of their way to provide help at any chance they had. Thank you for a great stay!
