About this villa rental
Villa located in Castellammare del Golfo (TP), in Contrada Fraginesi, a hamlet adjacent to the Zingaro di Scopello Reserve.
Built in 2017 with excellent finishes, large private garden of 900 square meters + parking spaces and barbecue area. Games for children. Access to the Villa is private, located in a quiet location nestled on the hill, with a wonderful panoramic view.Pool not available in August.

Masonry kitchen and open living room equipped with dishes and utensils of all kinds, table, sofa chair for children, fridge with freezer, 1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with single beds that can be converted into double bedrooms, (MAX 6/7 People) Up possibility of cot for babies. Large veranda for outdoor dining, deck chairs available to enjoy your relaxing holiday. Ideal for couples of friends or families who love comfort and privacy being a private road. Immersed in Mediterranean vegetation, linen and everything needed for the kitchen are provided. Excellent bakery / pizzeria available (5min walk). The accommodation has satellite TV, air conditioning, internal shower + bathroom with external shower.

In the evening in the center you can breathe a special atmosphere, between artists and shops, there are improvised concerts in the corners of its picturesque alleys.
In summer, the shuttle service is available, which runs daily until late at night. The stop is in the cemetery area and leads to the center and the beach.
It is 40Min by car from San Vito Lo Capo, 50min from Palermo or Trapani airport.
Possibility of TRANSFER from the airport agreed upon booking.

We had a great time! The house is brand new, spacious, well-furnished, perfect for 5/6 people. Close to Scopello and Castellammare del Golfo, in a quiet and peaceful location. Owners Cristina and Luigi were very helpful and hospitable.

Siamo stati davvero bene! La casa è nuovissima, spaziosa, ben arredata, perfetta per 5/6 persone.
Vicina a Scopello e a Castellammare del Golfo, molto frequentate ad agosto, ma in una posizione assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa.
I proprietari Cristina e Luigi sono stati molto disponibili e ospitali.

La maison de Cristina est bien située pour visiter la région. Nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation et la terrasse (belle vue sur les environs). L'intérieur est très soigné et très propre ( encore mieux que sur les photos). Cristina est très attentive à la bonne réussite du séjour. Malgré les problèmes de distribution en eau dans le secteur, Cristina est intervenue rapidement pour que nous ayons de l'eau courante. Pour conclure nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Castellammare.
