It was a good deal really ....the place looks really good for its price ....I spend a night everything was as expected . Clean , easy check-in.

Well its in the heart of Caldas city center ..So very noisy mostly on the weekend. Ask for a room that is not close to the main road and it should be begtter. Hotel only accept cash.

Overall the bed and room is comfortable. The shower was hot.

Location! Location! Location! Right in the middle of the park. Across from the church. Variety of restaurants within STEPS. Variety of places where you can have a drink, watch games, etc. Huge selection of stores to shop. The staff are fantastic: informative, helpful. The night we arrived they let us use a HUGE umbrella (Nautica). Clean room (the bedding looked like it was just washed. Bright white. Bathroom super clean with plenty of space and enough mirrors. There is no pool or elevator. That does not matter. We actually enjoyed climbing a few steps. In the morning they have coffee and BUNUELOS!!! This hotel has the best value for the money. I have never stayed in a place that is affordable and exceeds the expectations. We always ask for room 301 or 302. There is a balcony that overlooks the park. The weekend that we arrived they had a fiesta: cultural dances. I think they were also celebrating the "day of the child." At night they had musical groups. The music lasted until late at night. WE ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE OF THAT MUSIC. I forgot to mention that they have parking. You walk two blocks to the parking site. But you can park right in front of the hotel in order to unload your luggage.

Everything is ALLRIGHT. No complaints at all.
