Comfortable large room in a great location for a good price.

Big room, lots of space and storage. Slippers were provided, which was nice. Door had a lock and a chain lock on it, felt safe inside. Lots of different lighting options. Good solid curtains that would block the sunlight, when sleeping during the daytime. Big strong airconditioning. Windows had mosquito netting in front of it, so no bugs when leaving window open at night. Nice view from swimming pool area. Big and deep swimming pool. Nice size bathtub. No autoshutdown of electricity, so you can keep toothbrush, laptop and phone charging, if necessary, while going out. Fast and quiet elevator. I liked that you can request to not have room cleaned or bedsheets changed, by simply hanging a "Do not disturb" tag on door or leave a "Do not change sheets" tag on the bed.

The shower head could not be mounted higher than 1.60 meter, so i had to bend down to wash my hair. Takes a few minutes for the water to get hot, not much of a problem for me because the cold water was a comfortable "swimming pool" temperature. No hot water kettle. Looks a bit dated, like 80's/90's hotel room you see in movies.

Great location

The location was brilliant but it was so dirty

The dirtiness of the property was bad. The toilet smells made the room smell. And I had a cockroach in my Shower the size of my hand.

they charged me more for extra key which no one informed me but while checked out they charges me 5 USD extra by force and staff was very roud.

Mike is charging extract for each lady guest,

Hotel people are controlled the lift and each guest charging 500 bhats extract, that they are not telling at time of check-in or at the time of booking hotel. Reception people are not believe the customer but believe the local guest people.

Hotel is simply looting the money from customer saying the extract guest which is not actually stay.

cannot sleep with the noisy air conditioner and fridge the wifi is too painful to use.

Checking out, knowing that I didn't have to spend another night at this hotel.

The air conditioner unit in the room sounds like a Mack truck, it is stupidly loud. The old air con. unit makes so much noise there is no way you can sleep with it running. Also the fridge in the room must be at least 100 years old and it makes so much noise I had to unplug it. Which sort of defeats the purpose of having a fridge in the room. The wifi is a joke. They give you the username and password, but only if you ask for it. Otherwise you have to go from your room down to reception to get the credentials. It gets worse. When you wake up in the morning you're kicked off the web, your credentials are useless. You have to go down to reception to get fresh credentials.

Nice place to spend your time in Pattaya.

Nice friendly staff, provided hot and drinking water every time. Location is perfect. The room is quiet big. I was lucky, I had a bath tub. Nice swimming pool

Wifi. The connection was interrupted quite often. For laptop was a little bit better, for mobile phone it was so-so.

Perfect location, walking distance to shopping malls and beach. Staff were all welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

Swimming pool was deep and internet was a bit slow.... need to reconnect every time.
