The cafe staff was really nice and helped to arrange for a birthday surprise for my friend. They really went out of their way. The compound is huge and has a rustic feel. Good for staying in because everything is under one roof - the cafe, spa, yoga and pool.
The toilet bowl in the room was very shaky, like it was going to come off anytime. The male receptionist brought us to the wrong room and he was preoccupied with telling us about his tour agency. The female receptionist was quite mean to us too; we had disastrous tour guides (kept making us take photos of them, and it was like we were tagging along their tour rather than being on tour) who refused to leave after dropping us, and rather than helping us to ask them to leave, she even chatted and laughed with them then side-glanced us. The food at the cafe was oily (like cooked from old rancid oil) and disappointing. Not a very comfortable experience. Also would have expected the room to have a fridge and safe as the retreat is a place catering to long-stay visitors, but there was no safe and no fridge. There was also no hooks for our clothes in the toilet, only a ladder rack that was placed in the shower, and the toilet sink was really small.

The beautiful and peaceful cottage. The park itself is beautifully built with a wonderful garden. It is very clean. Breakfast options are good and they serve good coffee. Staff is very friendly. It’s nice that they have a spa. If you travel alone it’s also a good option to meet people
Great coffee but at breakfast you get the tiniest cup of cappuccino you’ve ever seen in your life. When you want a second, you have to pay. I haven’t seen the pool being cleaned for 1 time during my stay (and I woke op very early, cottage in front of the pool). I didn’t always seem very clean. The rest of the accommodation is very very clean though. It is quite expensive for Lombok. I had the most expensive room and not even 1 yoga lesson was included in the price. I understand not everyone wants yoga lessons everyday (and therefore you don’t include it) but you can at least offer 1 or 2 free lessons a week if you pay that much. They could also offer some normal yoghurt and non-gluten-free oats. Sometimes it felt a bit too yoga-fluffy to me personally. But in general I had a great stay.

The property is well designed, with a relaxing, boho chic aesthetic. The two pools are very beautiful and it is a great place to chill out!
The breakfast portions are very generous and I would highly recommend the smoothie bowls!
The pool areas could use some more sunbeds for the guests to enjoy.

The resort is such an oasis of calmness. The grounds are beautiful – how the buildings are situated together with the pools and the yoga shala. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The yoga classes were excellent – thanks Marilu & Anton!
As breakfast you can choose one dish out of five. The scrambles eggs were not great. As my diet is very limited I only tried this one.

Everyone from Mana was so friendly and nice. Always smiling and helpful. The food was soo good!! Tried a lot of different dishes and all of them where extremely tasteful. The cabana we stayed in was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Lovely swimming pools and very very good massages at the spa! It’s a few minutes away from the street where all the restaurants/bars and shops are, witch makes it quite and peaceful. Perfect place to relax after (or before) surfing.
It’s impossible to say something negative about Mana.

I loved everything about this place so that I even extended my stay. This has definitely been my favorite hotel in Indonesia so far. The atmosphere, the rooms, the food, the yoga and the kind staff - everything was perfect! Can highly recommend :)

Beautiful relaxing space.
Quite a few teething problems, which the hotel should pay more attention to so they do not get repeated.

Beautiful location. Very good (and big) breakfast. Love the room and the bathroom outside. Hot shower. The receptionnist were super friendly and helpful.
No noise at night, very peaceful.
Definitely recommend this place in Kuta!
Cushions not very comfy.

good location, amazing staff
there was construction going on, so it was noisy at one of the pools. Costs for massages and driver higher than in the rest of town. Most of the yoga teachers average.

The property is tucked away in a residential area, with a more jungle-like vibe to it, but still close to Kuta downtown. The surroundings of the property are beautiful and lush, the plants are well kept, and the pool areas are big enough for you to either socialise or have some private quiet time.
I particularly enjoyed doing yoga every morning, followed by Mana’s delicious breakfasts. Our huts were comfortable and spacious, and the common areas were kept clean.
A big highlight is of course the staff. Everyone whom we spoke to was genuinely nice and helpful. Rosi and Nata to name a few were very welcoming to us, and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs.
Overall, we liked it some much that we ended up extending our stay not once but twice.
Nothing they can control but the construction noise can be disruptive during yoga or when you’re trying to chill. Some arrangements could perhaps be made to accommodate.
Wi-Fi too. We got a more expensive room in the end, which felt a bit like a downgrade, because signal was terrible and we were more exposed to the noise (did not disturb our sleep at all though)

Mana Eco resort is a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing place to stay. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the decor was lovely. The Spa offered excellent services and was reasonably priced. The pool had sun all day but with shady areas to escape to. Yoga is offered for all levels of experience and is guided by an experienced teacher. Everything was just genuinely superb.

Beautiful resort. Great yoga classes, incredible massages at the spa. The dorms are great for single travelers. Great wifi.
Too bad there were construction works right by the cafe and yoga room. My experience wasn’t as peaceful as I expected.
Breakfast could be a bit more generous - would be nice to have free coffee refills.

Mana Eco Retreat is a stunning place. The service and facilities are amazing. The room was spacious and tidy. The bed was really comfortable and over all the room is beautiful in every small details.
The food is really good, we were in love with the Happy pancakes but everything that is on the menu is very well cooked and vegetarian friendly. There are also a lot of restaurants-if you want to explore more- at 5/10 mins walk by Mana.
The staff is kind and always very helpful and informative. We also had a full body/deep tissue massagge at the spa and it was a marvellous experience, we left feeling very happy.
Last but not least, Mana really makes an effort to be sustainable.
Highly recommended to anyone that want to have a great experience in Kuta!
